N. S.Next Level Scaffolding are a truly professional service. I approached them after seeing them doing some work at a neighbour's house. The speed, efficiency with which they erected and dismounted the scaffolding was so superb that I had not hesitation in approaching the company as we also needed scaffolding to get to our chimney.
Lorenzo personally came to visit our property and fully explained what would be done and how. What really impressed me was the fact that he took the time to ensure that the mortar he used to refill the holes in the brickwork matched the look and materials of the existing mortar. Lorenzo clearly understands the need to preserve buildings that are as old as ours and used lime mortar rather than sand and cement. The care to our property was second to none!
The customer service is exemplary, unlike other scaffolding companies, Next Level do not act as if they are doing you a favour nor do they take your custom for granted, they truly care about the service they provide. I have no hesitation in recommending Next Level and would definitely use them again myself.
