I've used Polycote flortex materials to repair chemical resistant flooring in one of our warehouse / filling areas. I've also been able to use Polycote materials to fill deep crack to a drum storage park, to prevent potential loss of containment scenarios entering and contaminating the ground. The crack repair Jointex is the only thing that has stood the test of seasonal wear and tear combined with constant FLT activity. Tom and Clayton have always been quick to respond to my needs, discussing how to instruct my contractors to apply, mix and for quantities to use. Deliveries have also been quick and when we were short of material, they were able to send more out straight away to get the job done. Appreciate the help and will be back again in due course.

Supplied all the product required for the job and advice on how to apply it to get the best results. My approach, is to do a job properly the first time and it will last a lifetime. In this case I hope so as not cheap but the finishing touch to a new garage to house my company vehicle. Approx 35 sq/m, was able to do it alone, though would have been easier with a helper to get it applied quicker as it really does cook off in an hour once mixed! Looks stunning. :)

It was an easy decision to go with Polycote 5 years ago when we opened the cattery as the reviews were great, their knowledge was very good about their products, the customer service was professional, they were very patient with me after numerous discussions about applying the products and they were all very friendly to speak too. Over the last couple of years we have extended the cattery and had more products. The finish is amazing, so easy to clean and is hard-wearing, customers always comments on the look. Although the products have special conditions to be applied in, prepared, mixed and cared for, I always think the headache of it all is worth it for the end product. Thanks all at Polycote

I had a concrete shed base laid by contractors to seat a standard wooden shed with integral floor. A few years later, I repurposed this base and extended it so I could put a workshop there - without integral floor so I could have some tools on a hard base. The concrete base, unfortunately was not up to the task, as even walking on the floor would cause dusting and when tools were moved, it would scratch the surface. I spent a long time researching how to remedy this - including putting an epoxy floor on top of the concrete, metal sheeting etc. We had tried garage floor paint on another base, and were unhappy with the result In comes Polycote - in comparison to the garage floor paint ; expensive. in comparison to a new floor surface - cheap. I bought some Polycote floor seal, applied two generous coats to the concrete and I am absolutely over the moon with the results! It was easy to apply, touch dry quite quickly - I left it 5 days before moving anything onto the floor and it has completely solved all the issues I had - no more scratching, no more dusting - fabulous. It also appears to be waterproof! Well worth the investment and a great deal cheaper than a new floor surface :)

We used the Flortex Professional for our warehouse floor. The results were fantastic and it looks amazing. We purchased the 7ltr tins as opposed to the larger tins, as the pot time is only 30 minutes. The temperature was 25c and with 7ltr tins we were able to mix and lay the whole lot (4,800sq/ft) easily in three hours with three persons and three rollers, without losing any material. It set as hard as nails in 24 hours ready for use. Brilliant product I would thoroughly recommend.
