So pleased I contacted Advanced C&R after many failed attempts at securing roofing services elsewhere! Charles was extremely responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a home visit to provide a quote. The team were able to fit my request in at short notice and kept me informed and up to date during the process- providing pics of the work completed, invoices and receipts all without having to chase. I didn't require work done, but I did require some advice, and Charles was really helpful on a few issues I was facing through a house selling process. First Class Work! I first contacted Charles to carry out a roof survey for a property I was purchasing. He responded the same day and was at the property surveying within a few days, producing a detailed report soon after. The quick turnaround on the report was extremely helpful and meant that the house purchase was not delayed. Once I got the keys to the house, I contacted Charles again to carry out the work noted in the report. The work included repointing the chimney, upgrading two flat roofs and a few other repairs. The work completed could not be faulted, everything was finished to a high standard. On top of that, he was tidy and left no mess behind. After the work was complete, he also sent through before and after photos of all the work carried out. I have already recommended Advanced Construction & Roofing to friends and family and will definitely be contacting them again if I ever have any work required in the future.

Excellent service from Rachael and Charles which is very much appreciated. I had my roof completed in 2011 and have never had any issues, proof of great workmanship even with the reassurance of a 25 year guarantee. I needed the guarantee transferred to the new property owner and Charles was very approachable and accommodating, quickly responding to my request. Advanced Construction and roofing are a professional company with the experience and expertise to undertake any work, which in my case was completed to a very high standard. After suffering from damp in one of our rooms we called on Advanced construction to come out and do a roof inspection. On arrival Charles was able to identify the problem very quickly and advise on remedies to rectify the damp problem. He also suggested who to contact to complain about shoddy workmanship and supplied an email to forward to them as well. Highly recommend Charles and Advanced Construction for any works

I had a minor problem with a downpipe. Having texted on a Sunday evening I was delighted when I had a reply and the repair was carried out the following morning. As this was an area the company had worked on some months ago they carried out the repair free of charge. I can highly recommend their work and customer service.

Charles is very reliable. Does a 1st class job. He discovered ridge tiles hadn't been fixed to roof when he was replacing dry verge ridge caps for us. It could have caused lots of damage in a storm. Came very quickly to do work as it was urgent. Takes photos of before during and after so you can examine exactly what's going on. Very pleased.
