Interesting! I walked past new tenements. Very ugly though, & high density housing. I hope they've got soundproofing! However, you could make them nice inside, & they're on several busroutes & not too far from shops.

The buildings are ugly but inside and lovely. Good workmanship. Quiet inside despite being next to expressway. If it ends up looking like the picture will be anice neighbourhood.
