I had several written quotes from the major players in driveways within the Solihull area. I thought about it long and hard and went with Central Drives and Landscapes. This was the best decision I have made. The driveway was well over 100sq metres and the work was carried out to my exact specification. Michael, Charlie and the team went above and beyond to ensure the work was carried out to a high specification and also provided great value for money. I have received many compliments already on the work. If you are getting a new driveway or landscaping done, look no further than Central Drives and Landscapes.

They arrive nice and early and put in alot of time and dedication, therefore the job gets done in a matter of a few days! After being let down for a 2 week period my drive for block paving was undertaken at the same time as 3 other drives in Leamington. Clearly my drive was not given priority and I called Michael twice to correct work I was not satisfied with. He did not communicate with me just sent his lads out to do the corrections based on photos I had sent which naturally only covered certain parts of the driveway as I was expecting Michael to call out and see for himself. Thankfully on the day of completion I asked one of the team for some spare bricks as these were all being thrown into the skip. No one considered the fact that I had paid for these bricks! I was dissatisfied with some areas of the block paving and Michael promised this would be rectified. He sent two lads to do the rectification but neither turned up with any materials so ended up using some of the small quantity of bricks I had reserved. When I went out to check if the rectification had been completed the guys had disappeared. All work was done in haste, and again poor work. As I was working from home no one had the decency to knock on the door and ask me if I was happy and whether they had covered all the faults where the problems were. I just got a text saying sorted! Now 3 months on the sand has all disappeared and I am left with a drive with gaps, uneven edging and chips. Where bricks didn’t completely fill a gap, they filled it with broken brick chippings! Would not recommend.

This is the second time I have used Central Drives and it wont be the last. Unlike alot of other tradespeople they deliver what they promise. From turning up on time to quote, giving the quote to making sure you are 100% happy they are faultless. Completely professional and reliable . I would have no hesitation in recommending that you give them a go..you will not be disappointed, I work in the housing industry and have seen alot of horrors and disappointed people so would not be recommending unless it was deserved.
