Amazing patio installed by Ideal! Sam and his team were a pleasure to have here. Not only were they all hard working and highly skilled in what they do, they were friendly and respectful of the neighbours too, and even they complimented the team! We had an old decked patio, slabbed patio and path replaced by a ceramic tiled patio throughout. Great advice throughout the whole experience with no hard sell. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Ideal Building and Landscapes to anyone considering a new patio or landscaping!

I really recommend Ideal. They transformed the back of my garden from the eyesore mess it once was to the lovely relaxing area it is now. See my photos, its hard to believe it is the same place. New 50 sq. metre patio installed by Sam and his team. Arranged through noroguetraders so given a quote along with two other suppliers. They were not the cheapest but were reasonable and could do the job in our required timescale. Sam asked us to go and see and select the optional paving slabs quoted prior to installation and this was useful. They were punctual, polite, hard working and skilled in not the best of weather. They removed the old patio all by hand and installed a new extended patio including a new drain and levelling the whole area. The finishing and cleaning up with both the patio and drive being jet washed was so pleasing. I would not hesitate in recommending Ideal Building and Landscapes to anyone considering a new patio.

We’ve been searching for the right company to undertake the work we wanting doing after our new conservatory was built. After many weeks of visits and quotes, none of which we were happy with, we visited a garden centre and asked for their advice/recommendations and they pointed out Sam the owner of Ideal Building and Landscapes who happened to be at the centre the same time. Sam agreed to visit us and survey and quote us for the work we wanted doing. We trusted Sam and decided to proceed with his company. Sam sent his team - Dom, Phil and Adam to undertake the work and wow wow wow what a transformation was made to our very tired 21 year old patio which they replaced with porcelain tiles. We are well over the moon with the finished work and would thoroughly recommend Ideal.

Recently had a new paved driveway from Ideal. I'm very happy with the finished driveway. The Ideal team worked efficiently and professionally, getting the work completed quickly and going beyond what I was expecting. Sam and his team did an excellent job putting down a patio on a very messy and uneven back garden. Sam suggested several improvements to my original specification; all of which I am glad we implemented. But there was no 'hard sell'. Sam went with me to select the caramel sandstone. The team were punctual, friendly, and very hardworking. Sam is an impressive young organiser, and deserves every success. I cannot recommend him enough.

I live in Kings Norton, Birmingham and watched this company do the driveway for a neighbour and I was impressed with them. I know a good job when I see it. I invited Sam the owner to give me a quotation and I took to him straight away and found him very friendly and honest. They did block paving for me on my driveway and then some work tidying up my old concrete slab patio area with smart new block paving and laying some new steps further up the garden for me as the original ones were crumbling. Jason laid the block paving and showed such attention to detail. You can't go wrong with them and I will be having them back in the summer to do the fencing but need to save up first

I was recommended by my brother in law who had his patio paved in porcelain tiles. I contacted Sam he came over to give my a quote also for porcelain tiles. The quote was good so I gave him the go ahead. There was a few weeks delay in getting started due workload and weather but once started the patio took shape quite quickly. Whilst we were having the back done we also decided to have the front drive blocked paved whilst the team and equipment was on site. Sam managed to fit that in despite his heavy workload at the time which was greatfully appreciated. So in all the two jobs took about five weeks but there were a number of days the weather prevented any work. Very tidy workman and Sam project managed the jobs. I would recommend Ideal Building and Landscapes
