Just wanted to give a big shout out to Imperial Residential and praise them once again for their great service. We've used Imperial Residential for roofing jobs in the past and they never disappoint. We need an inspection carrying out on our roof and we knew who we could turn to. Paul and his team turned up within half an hour and spent time on our roof, inspecting it in great detail. Very professional service and quick response - and they're a real friendly bunch of guys too. Would highly recommend Imperial Residential for any roof work that needs doing.

This firm are superb, they worked so hard and the quality of the work is second to none. My very elderly father was treated with patience and respect, as was I. His garage has brand new roof, and all the old materials, including asbestos were removed from the site, they followed all the safety legislation for the removal of the asbestos. The new roof looks amazing, as do the bonnets, that were reset on the roof. When all the work was finished, everything was swept up and tidied. My thanks to all the guys, that worked on this, you really are expert in your field. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Our friend's recommendation was everything and more than expected. Discussions and explanations before commitment to work, written quotation, and updates throughout the work. Comprehensive pointing and water sealant of large wall to side of house, complete new guttering and porch roof, as well as ridge tiles and facia. I've used Imperial Residential three times now. Works included ridge tiles renovation, pointing brickwork, fascia board replacement and putting a new roof on our side entrance. John and Daniel designed and built the side entrance roof from scratch. They built in a new hidden gutter so not imposing on neighbours boundary and added skylights for light. They also helped with repairs on the large surface that faces our neighbours property so it all looks really smart. They were polite throughout, timely and everything was left clean and tidy. We've been really happy with them.

They have recently installed French Doors in the kitchen with a step out into the garden. They worked efficiently and professionally. Imperial fitted a new roof for me two years ago, unfortunately one of the tiles recently became damaged so I contacted them and Paul got back to me very promptly and his team quickly repaired the tile with no fuss or quibble. One of the reasons I originally opted to use them for such a big job was their reputation and that they backed up the job with a full guarantee. They have proved their good reputation is well deserved.
