I always follow my ‘gut’ instinct, and since I have contacted Mountainview Construction, I have had a positive feeling about your company. You have really got your business nailed to the ‘tee’…no one is or can be perfect but from what I have seen so far you do have a good setup. Your professionalism, the way you engage and your customer service provides me with a good vibe all around – so thank you and keep it up. All work carried out at our venue was done to a very high quality and everyone was very pleased with the final out come of the job

You will get what you pay for, I approached a high-end company that provides a complete 360 solution based in Aston, impressive work but overly expensive as they have fancy showroom overheads but still sub-contract than other builders. I went to an independent builder who was nearly 50k cheaper than both of these companies in the end he slowed down as he is under budgeted and lost motivation, left the job in between. I contacted Mountainview Construction, they were swift, they did charge me for an estimate for their time and supported me in extracting further funds from my property. They also amended some engineering documentation and improved the architectural design. Happy with the work, and their approach. Highly recommend these guys.

Just had my kitchen extension completed and I am so happy with the quality of finish and professionalism of Mountainview. I was quite apprehensive to have the extension done as you hear horror stories about cowboy builders. But Sonny and team from the initial estimate through to the end were excellent. I was kept well informed about the timeline, any issues and what options i had, as i did change my mind on a few finishes more than once but that was no issue for these guys. Just remember if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys. Get the professionals in!👍🏼

Was recommended by a friend who purchased his new property last year and used these guys, he always kept me up to date with the progress when he was having his property renovated and I got to see the before and after too, I loved the work so much and kind of felt inspired, so decided to do my own renovation. Went through the initial consultation, followed by a visit to the property. The team was super engaged and always gave us sound advice throughout. All questions answered, we were shown the planning process of the whole build and then proceeded with the works from there. Since then, we are now looking forward to using Mountainview Construction for another one of our projects this coming Summer ‘21. Looking forward to working with these guys.

Had the Mountainview Team, come in and do lighting, repaint, and a little carpentry. The team was efficient on time, and delivery was as expected. However booking them in was slightly timely, wouldn't have any issues recommending.

I used MountainView for a home renovation project and I have to say that Sonny and his team took care of everything going far above and beyond what was originally agreed. The project was completed on time and if there were any hiccups (as there are with home renovation projects) Sonny was very responsive in addressing the issues. Like many others, when I wanted my renovation doing, you get many quotes from cowboy builders who are just trying to be the cheapest to win the work. The reason I chose MountainView was because I received a detailed plan, the team were extremely responsive prior to my decision and their knowledge was beyond all others, not to mention their quote was also competitive especially for the finish I received. All in all I am extremely happy with the outcome and will be using MountiainView for all of my home works going forwards. I highly recommend MountainView and the team!

First time ever tried this company so was sceptical about using this. However was recommended from a friend and they have done a brilliant job and fixed my flooring. During lockdown I was unable to call out anyone to fix my flooring as it had collapsed. The guys were helpful in understanding my situation over the phone and assured me that they would fix the problem. In regards to COVID, the guys wore masks and kept clean during the work. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Thank you for your help.

I’ve worked with architects and builders for many years, and never had a team so committed to deliver perfection, even the preparation of my property was done to an amazing standard.
