Absolutely first class service from Mike at MZR drains. I would 100% recommend his services. He came out very promptly to a nasty job and got on with it there and then. Price was very reasonable for the work he did, he was quick, clean and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thank you for such a good job!

As much of a positive experience as you could possibly hope for when faced with the prospect of tree roots blocking the toilet drains! From an initial short term fix and quotation, to completing a more major repair at the company I work at; MZR were friendly, professional and communicative throughout the process. Jason, the engineer that completed the repair, was on his own due to people isolating with covid but he still managed to get the repair done in full in one day. Really impressed but hopefully won't be needing MZR's services again any time soon!

Phoned this company today for a blocked drain, based on the good reviews it has. Was given a price over the phone and a 5 hour timeslot for when someone would arrive. They phoned me when they were 2 minutes away, turned up in 2 mins, very polite, got straight to work, no messing about, no trying to sell you stuff you don't need, sorted the blockage out and cleaned the drive too. Brilliant work - will not hesitate to contact you again, and will pass your number onto anyone who ever needs it. Thank you!

Contacted MZR with regard to a problem toilet. Very helpful when answering the phone, and arranged a convenient time to visit. Technician contacted us 20 mins before arrival and turned up on time. Fantastic service and professional from booking the appointment to completing the job . Had a blocked sewer drain and Jason an engineer , attended . I used them for a CCTV survey and can't praise them enough for the 1st Class service they provided. Mike attended, initially, and advised me on what the process involves and how they can accommodate. Jason M very confidently conducted the Survey. If you require any Drainage related services and are not using MZR, you are definitely missing out 101%. I will be using MZR again once my extension work has been completed. Very Highly Recommended.

After being let down by another company I rang MZR who were professional from the off. I was quoted a fixed price to sort an outside kitchen drain which was blocked. The price included jetting if required. A couple of hours later Jason rang to say he was on the way. He arrived and got to work straight away. Great service, great price, great company. I simply searched for Blocked Drain in Birmingham and these guys were on the list. Not sure why but something drew me to choosing MZR and I can honestly say that I am glad I did. I called at 16:00 and they were with me by 17:00. It was not an emergency so I didn't ask them to rush and they still arrived within the hour. Polite and friendly with non of that 'ooh that's going to cost you!' nonsense. Had a good look at the problem which was not as straight forward as I thought it was going to be. Still without much of a fuss, my drains were unblocked and the place was left nice and tidy to boot! The price was very reasonable and with no hidden extras, the price was the price. Overall I am very happy with the work MZR have done for me and I would gladly recommend them. From now on, if I have any drainage/plumbing problems, I will be contacting MZR and hope this helps.

Can not describe how happy i am with the service. Very professional and friendly. A blocked drain is always a stressful situation especially a day after moving into a new house. Called up MZR and they got someone to me asap between the time slot they had told said. Had a gentleman come down spent about 45 minutes but was unabale to unblock it he then called and got someone else to come down the next day ( he did not charge for it ) the next morning had another 2 gentlemans come and they used a camera to inspect and then a high power jet wash cleared the problem out all for a very reasonable price. We recently used MZR for a new boiler installation , the owner Mike came and spoke to us to review our requirement and suggested what would be best for us and informed us on the economy of the product , having agreed on a boiler Mike came the week after and fitted it , the installation was done in a day and the whole experience was seamless and completed with no fuss , Mike is what i would call an honest down to earth professional , he is 100% trustworthy and his overall knowledge and workmanship are second to none, we have since used Mikes services for a number of other jobs and each time he has been faultless. MZR did an excellent job digging up our patio and repairing a cracked soil pipe. The guy they sent round was professional and approachable, he worked hard and quickly found (and rectified) the fault. These guys are amazing , first chap came out to me and advised that the drainage system was not built with the correct pitch and no hole was made for access from outside, however Mike the gaffa came out to me on Saturday to install this hole and told me not to worry as they will sort for me. They Fixed the problem and were gone within the hour !!!!!. Would absolutely recommend to anyone :-)

I found MZR via Google, I urgently needed someone to look into a horrible smell coming from the sink and bath. We tried all kinds of things but MZR came out straight away and unblocked our drain as well as adding an extra bit of pipe to help the chance of a smell coming back. i do not normally post reviews, but during covid-19 pandemic MZR were brilliant, Jason came to unblock my drain, which he did quickly, he then advise a CCTV camera to check for problems as he thought there was a problem, to which he found roots in the drain which could cause another problem, Jason advise some remedial work which we will be using MZR Drainage to carry out, i highly recommend jason and the company well done guys!!
