C.Very pleasantly surprised apartments are spacious grounds are lovely lots of evening events going on the only downfall is the lovely couple and their wonderful children who make cards the pressure to buy a £4.99 card is unreal they have a little tag team thing going on the woman approaches female visitors and the man male visitors then back each other up if needed if that's not working they bring out the children it's wonderful what your doing but not everyone has £5 to spare this is a retirement village not the mailbox

Well designed, choice of styles and size of accommodation. Beautiful gardens, great facilities. Care packages available .Safe living
D. D.Great place to live and visit. They have a gym, a convenience shop, hair and beauty salons. There is also a market there every Thursday which is great. Lovely place to eat also with a very affordable drinks bar. Would definitely recommend for the over 55s.

S. P. C.I took someone to the stroke club and admired the village. I've been invited there on numerous occasions but this was my first visit. Its a new development with one and two bedroomed flats to let or buy, cinema, hairdressers, health centre, shop, restaurant, gym, support and advice. Run by extra care charity for senior citizens numerous activities are organised for and by residents. I've now visited twice and must say I'm inpressed
P. R.Excellent retirement facility for independent senior living. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of accessible accommodations like a stair lift, wide aisles and a large lift. They even have adaptive gym equipment in the staffed gym. There's a small Pub, restaurant, hair dresser/barber, a small grocery store and a laundry facility on-site. There are many activities throughout the month including a weekly farmers market, support group meetings as well as leisure and exercise activities. Clean, well maintained grounds and maintenance assistance is available. Large, spacious flats and electronic security access. A small park with a walking trail in the rear. Wonderful facility all around.
d. j.A very warm and inviting older persons village. Lots of races and faces. People get on well with each other and have plenty of visitors......family and friends. Much better than the extra care village in Edgbaston. Wonderful atmosphere.
A. T.I've visited Pannel Croft Village a few times as a friend has lived here for a few years are having a major stroke.
The property are very well maintained and the services and facilities (e.g. cafe / restaurant, cash machine and conference room - I've also been told of a games / pool room but have not seen it myself) available for residents and their guests are admirable.
Reception/security is always polite and helpful.
Parking can be a bit difficult but there is a fair sized lot at the front
M. B.We visited Pannel Croft on 29Feb and found on entry is very inviting and pleasant. We just visited there to enquire about the village. Disappointed that there were no information leaflets. We walked around the grounds and was pleasantly impressed. Its light and airy
B. G.This is a nice little retirement village went to visit family spoke to receptionist who was pleasant and helpful the communal area's are clean they have facilities such as a gym and the apartment I visited was just lovely worth a visit if your older loved one may need such a place to live.

J. M.Seems like a really good place for an assisted living community. Seems clean and has staff around and available. I don't have family here I visit as an outsider to Babylon hair salon. I would recommend the place and the Salon to family and friends
