There is a good reason why Steve & Dan are members of the Federation of Master Builders and if you are fortunate enough to have these guys working on your house project, you will soon discover why. We decided to have a new single storey extension across the back of the house, which gave us a larger, open plan kitchen, new utility room, guest bedroom & shower room. We also had a new side gable and rear end gable built, giving us a much larger 1st floor bedroom and family bathroom. So when you are spending that amount of money and having to put your trust into a builder who can deliver what you want, it's a very important decision to have to make, but we are so pleased we chose Steve & Dan. They have provided us with our dream house. They are incredibly professional, they take great pride in their work and the attention to detail will surpass your expectations. Our project ran for 6 months and the guys were on site every day. Steve would always start the morning by telling me what they were going to do that day and not leave at the end of the day until he had told me what they had done. They also have a great team around them that they have used for many years - Gordon, Matt, Graham & Dan did a great job on the brickwork, electrics, heating & plastering. I could go on and on, but in short, we would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Dan to anyone for future building projects.

Complete renovation of ground floor, including making opening for french windows & new kitchen window, making new doorways from hallway, new electrics and re-plastering and decorating. Steve Cornick was recommended to me to organize, co-ordinate & complete a top floor townhouse balcony and architectural glass sliding door conversion including removing a whole wall and window 3 stories up, taking out a very large and formidable concrete lintel, replacing it with a 4.5m steel joist, preparing and finishing the opening before and after the sliding window install. He also completely rebuilt the balcony to enable the replacement of old railings with glass and stainless steel . He turned up when he said he would, he did what he said he would, if there was a problem, he solved it, he and his team did everything to a very high standard or better and were a pleasure to have around. He even completed some brickwork and pointing whilst the wind tried to blow him off the scaffold, just "to keep his hand in" From scaffolding up on day 1, to buildings regs certificate at the end, Steve organized everything, he made sure I knew what was going on and that I was happy. Highly recommended!

Very clean work ethic-excellent builders/carpenters, finished project on time-polite and genuine team-problem solvers not problem makers-thoroughly recommend. We had an extension bi fold doors, French doors, feature wall and (warm) flat roof done, with cavity walls, insulation new joists/soffits and gutters and soakaway.
