G.We wanted to cut off a section of our lounge to add a utility room, Daniel helped with showing us a 3D design of what the build would look like then gave us a very detailed quote which explained every step and cost. The communication was fantastic and every time they said they would come or call they did so we knew exactly what was happening and when which made our life much easier with 3 kids including a baby. The team of people around Daniel were also brilliant, very polite, clean and all did fantastic jobs in their fields from plumbing, electrics, carpentry, paint and decorating and the window fitter. We have a bigger job where we are extending the house with a 2 storey extension and it was good to be able to see the quality of the teams work first and again it matched all the rest of how they work and we were super pleased with the finish. We definitely plan on continuing to use Your Space Construction for our next job.
A. H.Dan and the Your Space team have just completed my long dreamt of project. I had feared the process but with this team on board my worry soon disappeared. Above all the workmanship and attention to detail has been wonderful but alongside that the project was delivered slightly ahead of a very tight schedule and on budget. My 90 year old house has been transformed into a beautiful new home with an extension and reconfiguration of rooms. Dan was extremely communicative and always clear and honest. Always true to their word and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team (all really nice) were very courteous and considerate of us remaining living in the house, and considerate of our neighbours. A great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.

It wasn’t the largest project ever but it was technically difficult with a 150 year old building to contend with and some intricate sympathetic details.
