When doing up our bathroom, we obviously bought everything new, however, had a preference to have our well used, tired looking cast iron bath resurfaced rather than rip it out and replace it with a new acrylic version. There was also an ugly chip on the corner after i caught it with a hammer a few years ago. Found Eager Beaver online, liked what i saw and read about them, however, discovered that, due to his workload, there was a 6 week waiting time for his services. Discussed that we would need the bath done 'in situ' as the rest of the work would be carried out prior to this and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Tomas arrived yesterday, on time, and spent time explaining how the work would be carried out beforehand and what timescale for completion and re-use we were looking at. The surroundings were all masked up and protected and he set to work. Tomas was really friendly, very professional, and updated us throughout the day how things were going. Once completed, WOW! He has done an amazing job, the bath looks brand new, we are absolutely delighted. There is not a speck of over spray anywhere in the bathroom, in fact, if it was not for our new shiny bath you wouldn't know he had even been there. I have to say the service we received from Tomas and Anna has been first class, from initial contact to booking to completion of the job. I can absolutely recommend Eager Beaver. You will not be disappointed

We required our built in white vitreous enamel Belfast Sink to be repaired in situe, since because of possible damage to marble wall tiles and granite worktop if tried to replace with new sink. It was discoloured, chipped and scratched because it was 20 years old. Tomasz was booked 6 weeks in advance and arrived 15 minutes early (7.45). He explained fully the procedure and how to look after the surface once repaired. He masked the sink and surrounding area totally and used an extraction unit to reduce fumes during spraying. There was no overspray anywhere and he replaced the silicone sealer around the sink. The quality of the workmanship was 1st class and I have no hesitation in recommended this service to anybody with similar requirements

We have a very old iron bath that was in a poor state. Tomasz’s communication was very efficient - when I first contacted him, he told me all about the service he could provide and we booked a date. He resurfaced the inside of the bath, and sanded & repainted the outside of it. He painted the feet in a lovely brass effect. The bath now looks brand new. He stated how long he expected to take to complete the work and immediately began the task of repairing the chipped surface of our bath. The damage had been caused when the shower head fell into the bath. It caused quite an unsightly chip which we were afraid may have eventually led to a leaking bath. We cannot commend Tomasz highly enough for the tremendously professional way in which he completed the work. Our bath looks like new and, no matter how hard we try, neither my wife nor I can see any trace of the original damage. What a lovely guy. He came and saw our (really) knackered old bath and suggested we might only want some of the work we had booked him for; he just wasn't confident enough that the massive rusthole he was going to repair would hold out well enough to justify a full resurface. (It had grown since we booked.) So nice, as the repair on its own was much cheaper. He wasn't hundred percent happy with the work (it is awkward and around the tap and overflow)... I can't even see it. A nice guy doing a nice job... and my dog liked him which always counts for something in my book. I don't know how long the repair will hold out but I can tell you that he took every care to do the best he could and left a patch I can't even see.

Tomasz Karczewski arrived punctually and spent a day at our house resurfacing a bath and repairing a large crack in an old porcelain basin. The bath looks immaculate as is the basin which has been transformed. Tomasz also cleared everything up, took the empty tins away and bagged up all the paper waste so the rooms were left clean and tidy. This is not the experience from some other bath enamellers I have asked to help. He was a pleasure to meet and I will certainly ask him to come again if more work needs to be done.

Tomasz did some fantastic work in repairing our shower tray. Unfortunately I had accidentally damaged the tray by dropping a tile on it, forming quite a deep gouge on the edge and also a fairly big crack. Tomasz was able to come out that same week (incredibly timely) on a Friday evening and get the work done in an hour and a half. Now I can't tell that the tray was ever damaged, even under all kinds of lighting! I cannot recommend Tomasz highly enough.
