Just had a bathroom sealed unit replaced in a KNM window. It had lasted 18 years. Obviously we are outside the guarantee period but KNM we're still very helpful in sourcing a new sealed unit and getting Rob to fit it for me at a very reasonable cost the frame is still as good as new so the quality is there in the units they use.

The quality of the window is great, and the guys who carried out the work (Chris and Dan) were professional, courteous, friendly and easy to get on with. They answered all of our questions, and kept us updated of progress throughout. We are grateful to Keith who runs the business , as we felt from the time of first contact to completion has made the whole process so easy for us. Fantastic company. I employed KNM to build a lean- to conservatory. Despite wonky walls and a constricted area to work in the crew (Jason and Steve) were a punctual, polite, curse free, friendly and 'clean as you go along' team. We have no hesitation to recommend this company from quotation to insulation the fitters are experts in there field helpful and a credit to there company the only question I have which is unusual what air freshener do they use in there vacuum cleaner I won't have to clean for another week smell is devine

Outstanding service and top quality products. We had all the windows and doors at The Brit Pub supplied and fitted by the professional team at KNM. Can't fault them, we did also originally have and oak door fitted by the builders but it didn't last because of the direct weather. We asked Keith at KNM if he would be able to do us a door to match the windows and he got us the perfect one. It's made from composite and is totally weather proof. We were so happy we had the doors and windows done on our house also.
