Where to start. Since we started lockdown DataKom have been there to support and assist us with all our needs. After an extremely painful few years using the 'leading telecommunications provider' in the country for our phone system, DataKom have been fantastic from our first meeting to present day. Stuart in Sales, who delivered everything that was promised, no gimmicks or hard sell. Phillip with the speedy and efficient installation, explaining how everything works. And in recent events the support team who, even with the smallest issue to report, resolved this very promptly and made two separate follow up calls to check if everything was working (thanks to Barry and Gareth). Yesterday we upgraded our phones to the internet based system and the service received by Ashley and Rob was amazing. Craig and his colleague came to our department several weeks ago to install several new phones. This was completed and they spent time ensuring everything worked correctly. We also needed a new DDI line installing, which they were able to facilitate very quickly, keeping us fully updated with the progress/completion via email. Craig also fully explained how to operate the voicemail system. We had some subsequent problems with the voicemail, however Craig had left me his email contact details and I was able to easily request support from him. Once again he responded straight away and ensured that the problem was resolved. All in all a great service from Craig - many thanks.

Really happy with the install of our new phones by Datakom. Cabling was done ahead of the install by Lee, who kept disruption to the minimum. Then Craig made the phone transition seamless. There was barely any down time, which was our biggest concern as a hair salon. Craig was extremely knowledgeable and clear in explaining the functions of our new phones. DataKom recently installed a cloud-based phone system in our office, replacing our old ISDN-based system. Not only did we save money with the new system, but the clarity of the calls has improved significantly and we have a host of new features and functionality. The whole process from start-to-finish was seamless and straightforward. We have signed up with DataKom for a complete overhaul of our telecoms. We have an office in Wales, London and Dubai and they have managed to provide us with a fantastic system to suit our needs as a business. Daniel took all of our details and managed the order process in a really professional and friendly way. No pressure selling!! We were then handed over to Laurie in the Projects team who has managed the transition for us wonderfully, even when we were having connectivity issues with our current internet provider, Laurie arranged for Jack and John (DataKom engineers) to come to our office to see if they could get us online whilst we were waiting for our new line to be installed. Even though the installation of our new fiber broadband line has been a bit painful (this is not the fault of DataKom!!), they have kept us up to date all the way. Laurie arranged for the installation of our new phones to be brought forward by a few days and Craig (DataKom engineer) arrived at the office and set everything up for us. He ensured that everything was working and that we knew how to use the system, taking care to explain the phone app and it's management system in detail. Craig even came to our office on his day off work to drop off the new equipment that we ordered for the Dubai office! I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that we have dealt with at DataKom, the service has been outstanding!

As a existing customer of Datakom for 4 years we have upgraded our telephone system and reporting analysis software to their cloud based service KloudPBX. The integration from hardware to cloud based was seamless with minimal downtime. Their Technical Engineers Phillip & Craig were excellent and went above just installing the new phone system and provided full user support throughout the 2 days onsite by giving one to one user support and printed support guides. This just highlights the excellent customer service that Datakom provides to their customers. The new KloudPBX is highly recommend as it is very user friendly and simplified, any IT novice can manage their own phone system with ease. Work was completed on-time and during hours that fitted around our Production schedule. 10x shielded cat5 cable runs in what can only be described as a challenging environment Installed 10x Wireless, Unified Access Points. A Unifi controller and Unifi poe Switch. Once complete, the WiFi coverage far exceeded our expectations. Our request for some specific, additional configuration was also completed by the knowledgeable engineers. Huge thanks to Craig, Daniel and Jonathan for their cleanliness, attention to detail and professional attitude. Posted 2016 We’ve been with Datakom for nearly six years for all our telecom and internet requirements. It’s refreshing to say that we are still extremely happy with the excellent service they provide The whole Management team, Support staff and Site Engineers are always polite, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a solution to a problem within your ever evolving business, Datakom will have the answer. They always instil confidence that no job is too big, too small, too much trouble or above their level of expertise. Our installation was for a 50 extension phone system with a mix of digital IP and analogue handsets. Some long range cordless handsets and a voip service and comms link to our remote site in Berkshire. The installation was carried out in no time with minimal disruption . On the very rare occasions that we’ve experience system or service issues a quick call to support usually gets the problem resolved. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely then one of the very friendly, experienced engineers will attend site and have your system back to normal operation in no time. As an example: A minor, non-critical fault that was reported at close of business on Friday was resolved by engineer, Jonathan Davies early on Monday. Billing and invoicing is always accurate and on time and Louise from Customer services occasionally checks in to see if everything is ok and we're happy with the service. With DataKom you phone direct to them. If you have any problems with your line or broadband it’s sorted the same day. After speaking to Jamie he monitored our line for 24hrs got our broadband speed up to scratch. Who wants to be with the likes of BT on hold for hours to be put through to several departments then cut off and having to start all over again. Can’t fault this company for your Business phone and broadband.

Prior to using the services of Datakom, I have spoken to Daniel Mullins at length who has been above and beyond helpful and very patient whilst explaining exactly what my requirements are.
