The delivery team were all professional, courteous, and did a great job of bringing our dream kitchen to life. It didn't end there, and with the few inevitable snagging issues that followed, the team were always responsive and resolved them quickly. Can't recommend enough!
J. R. S.We have used BGH twice. We came to him on a recommendation from a friend who is a local architect, who has used him on a number of projects. The first was a small repair job, & the second a substantial 30k remodel of our kitchen. In both instances there were problems, & setbacks, but in both instances Alex and his team persevered (without needing to be pushed by us) until everything was to our satisfaction. The kitchen job also, despite the setbacks, came in under budget. In common with most substantial jobs it took a lot longer than initially estimated (from 6-8 weeks to 4 months). It is significant that Alex’s team are very loyal to him. He’s straightforward and trustworthy.

s. f.A crack in the wall of my business premises, which over time had deteriorated. Its old (1800s) and built using flint & brick. Buildings like mine can be seen all over Sussex. After a structural survey, a pillar was inserted to take the weight and the wall repaired.
Work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard, all those involved were professional, polite and diligent. I would use them again and do recommend then when asked.
R.We really enjoyed working with Alex and his team - they did major structural work in our house and we were impressed by the quality of the workmanship and the project management. Very nice and competent team, all costs were crystal clear, no surprises and they were so good that we asked them to do more work in our house. Highly recommended.

B.Having had one terrible and one quite stressful experience of employing builders to work on our house I was quite anxious about finding someone to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and front room. We were in fact struggling to get people to give quotes and numerous people didn't turn up when they said they would.
Alex was great at communicating from the off and more than happy to sign a contract, explain details, clarify things and show me their terms and conditions and guarantees around how they work etc. He is friendly and professional.
The work itself went very well, was on schedule and on cost. All his team were really nice, professional and considerate and did their best to make the experience as smooth as possible especially as we have a baby in the house. They were tidy, organised and have done a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have work done and have in fact already done so.

After several quotes, I asked Bright Green Homes to completely renovate my four storey Victorian mid-terraced home over a course of eight months. My brief for Bright Green Homes was to make this home wheelchair accessible whilst maintaining the original features and increasing its energy efficiency.
The work was extensive, including the installation of a lift, an additional bathroom, new kitchen and rain water harvesting system. Throughout this process Alex and his team were incredibly organised, keeping me up to date with photos of the completed work every day.
I was consulted on as much as I needed to be, they were flexible with my requirements and gave me useful suggestions to any concerns. Not only were they a lovely bunch to work with, but they made the process of renovating and refurbishing a home a (relatively) stress-free process! I highly recommend them for any size of job and would not hesitate to work with them again... in fact, I count on it!

J. T.BGH carried out a garage extension in September 2016 providing us with 3 new bedrooms and a bathroom. Their quote was very competitive and they managed to keeps costs within the agreed budget (pretty impressive for a large project). Besides excellent communication and time-keeping, the guys were also exceptionally tidy and professional and offered brilliant advice throughout the job. We can not recommend them highly enough.
