They finished within the given contract time scale and stuck to a payment per stage aggreement on what was a very large house remodel (added extra 2000sq ft). I have had many friends who have used other builders to extend their homes but have taken on too much other work causing the work to drag on for months over a target completion date. I continue to recommend Milan and would use them again!
