The professionalism and experience from start to finish was first class. The initial visit from Mark gave us the options available. Work started at the agreed time, Geoff and Joe were cheerful and polite throughout and all the slight changes we requested were carried out without any questions asked. I would say that they definitely went over and above the normal. In addition the quality of work and site clearance gave us a great result which met our expectations. I would certainly recommend this Company.

Sussex driveways dug up and excavated my driveway with care and attention to detail. All of the different teams that were involved from the digging, brickwork building walls and steps to the block work paving were all masters of their crafts. Mark, Gina, Vivienne and everyone involved managed all the timings of deliveries and collections with extreme precision. Couldn’t be happier after such a makeover and highly is company.

We have just had our driveway completed by Sussex Driveways. The initial contact (Mark) was very professional and helpful in regards to our questions, even stopping by at 730am one morning for some additional questions. On to the 2 workers who completed the actual work (Callum and Cliff)…what can I say! Both were incredibly hard working (not to mention during a heatwave), always more than prompt, professional and personable. I believe both are new to the company, and I must say they both reinforced your brand to an excellent standard. The driveway itself, looks incredible also - cannot wait to start using it! I would really recommend these guys!! The customer service was some of the best I have experienced. We had a driveway with a dropped kerb and they helped at every stage, from helping us with the planning applications to the design. Their strength is in communication, we were constantly being updated to what was happening and when.We had several teams of lads that came to work on the driveway and they were all polite, professional and skilled. If you are thinking of having a driveway or drop kerb, you have to use this company!

I can not really recommend Sussex Driveways enough for their excellent service.. they have been around a long time, now I know why. They made the whole event from getting the initial quote with my special requirements of, Sussex Wealden stone for my walls and old York slabs to widen the drive matching the slabs that were already laid, to the end result an easy experience They are all very nice people to deal with, especially the guys doing the hard building work. They were all interested in my requirements and the additional work I wanted along the way. With their own grab lorry, they always cleared away the large pile of spoil of not required material as it built up, which kept the site as small and tidy as possible with no skips blocking the road. The end product was fantastic and a surprise as the guys lifted some of my old very heavy slabs to tie in with the new ones, I was not expending this and you can not see the join. All my neighbours comment on how good the front garden etc, now looks. Its a shame my wife is not around to see it as it was she who wanted this done for many years. Bernard Clifford. PS. Plenty of tea and biscuits kept the guys working solidly during the hot June of the covid Summer of 2020.

After an initial booking mix up & delayed start the work to provide a permeable block driveway got underway swiftly. All the staff were courteous and professional, did not seem to mind me asking about the process. Very pleased with the end result. Good looking solid driveway.

A narrow, ugly, concrete driveway was removed, the entrance was widened and a new driveway laid using contemporary grey bricks with a dark border. The driveway has been created with a lovely curve along one side and the whole thing has really added kerb appeal to the house. An excellent job from start to finish!
