They have just completed a project to build an innovative mezzanine at the rear of the Hall and we are extremely pleased with the work done by Andy and his team. They were also extremely tidy.

H. H.I have used AC Martin Ltd on more than one occasion for different jobs. Our most recent work was quite difficult and critical; Restorative repair work for structural safety. I have always found the prices of AC Martin Ltd to be competitive against other reputable local builders. I have found the quality of the work undertaken by AC Martin Ltd, to be the highest standard and they have great attention to detail. I have had many different employees of AC Martin Ltd working within our house during the works undertaken. All have been polite and professional, I have felt completely comfortable leaving them working on the house whilst I had to go out. I personally like that they clean each day before they leave, leaving you with the cleanest possible family living space, until the work is finished. They have always turned us as promised, unlike other builders who get delayed on other jobs. During my most recent job, the weather was horrendous, with more than one day of torrential rain. This did not alter their working hours, the boys worked for full days getting completely soaked. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions, and wants to ensure complete customer satisfaction, which we have. Thank you for the great work, i will certainly use you again and recommend you to others.

S.When deciding which company to choose for our Extension I like to think I did my research but at the end of the day one can never be absolutely sure if things will work out to your complete satisfaction. Right from the start we knew we had made the right choice. The guys were good to have around and helped us in achieving our finished build. We never felt we would ever be let down by AC Martin - communications were good and always friendly. There were no hidden extras that popped out in the final bill - always a concern. One final tip if you want to get that little bit extra out of them ply them with coffee/tea and chocolate biscuits - it worked a treat. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending their services
