From initial visit, through measuring, design and technical consultation (with Jonny), right through with after sales (thanks Steve) I really appreciated this company, the high level of specialist product knowledge, responsiveness and now 4 years later with a small replacement part. We had 3 small bathrooms done and every day I still love them. Bathroom Solutions transformed our house, a great experience from start to finish and a rare business to offer such exceptional knowledge and care. Very highly recommend using Bathroom Solutions.

we used bathroom solutions to re-model our bathroom and en suite. the gentleman we spoke to was great as we done some pre homework and was so confused and stressed but he put our minds to ease straight away was very professional and knowledgeable. he guiding us through each product what was best for us and fitted in the rooms. in a nut shell once all done we walked out very happy, relieved, ended up ordering with them and all delivered on time. would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Bathroom Solutions in Bristol. Johnny drew up a great design which has turned our small unloved bathroom into a spa like wet room that we just can't stop looking at, and which works perfectly for us. We have good quality, stylish products that came within budget, and although there were a couple of faulty items delivered, BS were quick to speak with manufacturers and sort replacements. Their recommended fitter Adrian Smart, along with his son Jack, did a top quality job, nothing short of perfection. Overjoyed with the finished result...thanks to Bathroom Solutions and Tilesmart fitters. Would def recommend both companies :-)

visited bathroom solutions in Bristol and ended up buying my 2 bathrooms from there as the service and prices that was provided from the staff was excellent and have lots of experience. we also had a design service that gave us a great aspect on how our bathrooms will turn and and we was not disappointed.and after talking to the staff and finding out they are a family run business and been open for 30 years gives you peace of mind. p.s thank you for give our little girl lilly the rubber duck to keep and play with. nice little touch that goes a long way Paul & family
