I cannot rate Chris highly enough🌟🌟🌟. We were nervous first time buyers, who had never done renovations before and he really helped us navigate all the planning and building work. He managed our expectations, advised on the ordering of items and solved all the problems thrown up along the way. We would have been lost without him holding our hand through it all. He project managed the house being gutted while we were in a different city; new kitchen, new bathroom, removing a wall, new outside decking, all ceilings replastered, new boiler installed and relocated to the loft. I had been really worried about the project having never done it before and hearing horror stories of building work gone wrong. But Chris put me at ease the first time we met as he explained things very well, was very respectful, calm and was clearly very experienced. It was also great that he managed all the trades people directly so we could have confidence everything was being done well, for the right price, in line with what was needed - all overseen by Chris. Not only was I really impressed with Chris’s communication throughout, but also his efficiency and strong work ethic (working weekends to ensure we kept to timescale). It was also so helpful that he drew up a budget for us in advance so we could work with that to order items and keep across costs. He quickly problem solved a big spanner in the works with a structural engineer and took the time to think over our options and explain them to us. We really trusted Chris and felt we were in safe hands. We’re now enjoying our home and still admiring his attention to detail - everything works very well, with a very high standard finish and looks stylish. Already plotting our next project with Chris!
