The guys that completed the job couldn't have been nicer, really thorough, knowledgeable and ensured the job was completed to a high standard. Good value for money, communication and got the job completed in great timing. Would definately go back to Alpha Group again. Thank you
C. W.Alpha group have been great, we ordered new carpets for our whole upstairs a while ago and through various reasons on our part we had to keep delaying it. They were really good and understanding and eventually we had them laid this week. Ovi came to fit them and was great, cant believe he did it singlehanded.

Great value for money and customer service was brilliant.They worked around our schedule and kept us updated throughout. The quality of both underlay and carpet was exceptional. P. P.I can't recommend Alpha Group enough following the installation of our new carpets. I received the quotation within hours of the engineer attending to measure up which was much cheaper compared to others, and for a better quality carpet! There were loads of choices of carpets which made it easy to find the perfect colour and carpet for our house. They were then quickly installed by the engineer who was very polite, tidy and followed all COVID rules which put me at great ease. I couldn't fault their work and won't be going elsewhere for the other trades needed in my house :) Thanks Again.

C. M.Alpha group have carried out various work for me over the last couple of years. I keep going back as I have always been happy and I know they have every trade I will need.Now each time I am thinking about a job, Alpha have always been the most helpful,quickest to respond and cheapest. The latest job Alpha did for me was to replace all my downstairs carpets with LVT. We discussed different options of how and which options as I have dogs. Alex dropped round the samples and then I chose and the rest was all done for me. The carpet was taken up and taken away at the same time then a very charming Harry did a fantastic job of laying the new floor and awnsering all my questions. Alpha were kind enough to get all the job done before Christmas and the house left tidy. Genuinely really happy with the floor and the way I was treated. Alpha are a local company who are very customer focused and all the staff have been helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again.
