To date Owen has done two jobs for us. The first was a greenhouse base & the second, a repair of a manhole cover & surround including new brickwork inside & around the top. He has also advised on the refurbishment of our block paved driveway for which we intend to use him in the near future. Owen is punctual, hard working & knowledgeable & has completed both jobs to a very high standard leaving no mess behind. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Owen sorted out our gutter problems very efficiently and at a very reasonable price. He was a pleasure to work with and the way he dealt with any difficulties and not only did a super job but left everything in perfect order was amazing. Called Owen after the storm Eunice because the guttering was hanging and some roof tiles moved away. When he fixed the damage he also discovered why we had leaks in the porch and he fixed that too. He was able to sort the damage at our house within days after my first contact with him and he was friendly, efficient and very promt. Couldn't recommend him enough to be honest. Delighted with the service! Our old slate roof was leaking in 3 different places, and we had access issues due to the age and shape of the property. Owen from Castle Mound Property Services provided outstanding service. He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained them clearly to us, then fixed the whole lot in a day, relaying a section of the slate roof and repairing the other damaged areas. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and works to a high standard. Now our roof is in far better shape, the buckets are back in the cupboard, and we are dry - despite the rain! Highly recommended!

I contacted castle mound property services after we discovered we had a leaky roof due to a roof tile slipping. They communicated quickly and swiftly came out to my property where he discovered that the roof tile had unfortunately broken. To make sure the leak didnt continue he made a temporary repair then and there as a good will gesture and then came back within a couple of days when he was able to get a new roof tile for us and replaced this quickly and efficiently at an extremely reasonable cost! I would happily use them again and would recommend to anyone else that wants a trustworthy and personal service at a good price! Would definitely use them again!

Relaid last row of roof tiles to bed on to mortar to prevent squirrels accessing our loft. It worked. Not only that the tiles have withstood storm Eunice! Owen also laid some insulation, painted facias and sofits and carried out some gutter repairs. Very happy with the results and communication.

Contacted Owen as I had leak around the chimney ,he came round took before and after photos to show the problem he resolved ,as we were talking he a couple tiles dropped and came back a couple of days later and replaced two tiles and a rotten batten ,he is a very good and inexpensive builder .Always 5 stars from me.

I was looking for someone to build a foundation for a sunroom I was going to build. I happened to see someone installing a very brick driveway and being done on a property in my neighbourhood which was of a very good quality and decided to ask him to give a me quote. The quote was very fair and the work was second to none and as a matter of fact, I have asked Owen to give me a quote on another job I’m having done. Highly recommended. Had to have repairs done to my driveway as the company before had not laid the block paving on a good surface and had dropped dramatically . Had to get half the driveway pulled up. Owen has now laid it on a proper foundation and looks great. Don't expect it to move now as I saw the base go down this time properly and the right mix. Great Job done. Would recommend.
