Having been unexpectedly told I needed my extension piled and not a strip foundation it was a little worrying but having met with Mark who assured me it’s not a problem made me feel a little more comfortable. They carried out the work to a high standard, met with the building inspector and made the whole job very easy, clean and tidy, fantastic guys all round. I highly recommend this company. I used Pile craft to lay a foundation for my new extension, I found them to be very professional. Mark the owner was quick to visit site and supply a competitive quote, he amended it with out hassle or stress when I required slight alteration, supplied a copy of his public liability insurance, always answered his phone in a professional polite manner. Mark (on site worker Mark) arrived every day with a smile on his face, I didn't hear him grumble not even once, he was punctual, polite, efficient, helpful and one of the tidiest cleanest workers I've ever employed. Very happy with the work done, by Mark Cox and his team, which was Piling and Underpinning of a building suffering from subsidence. All work had to be carried out inside the building. It proved to be a challenging job due to restricted access also one of the walls being underpinned had no foundation so needed jacking up. Like a lot of groundwork jobs you don't know what is going to present itself until you start digging. And this job presented a few challenges, but each was delt with in a positive effective manner.

We had to have pileing in order to build our house, they are a Very professional company, organised, punctual, keep site clearance regular, never gave us a moment stress which may i add I’ve used plenty of those type in the past, highly recommend.
