Thanks to Simon and his team my roof no longer leaks! After submitting an online query the service from then on was excellent. From coming out to survey the problem to completing the repair to the chimney required took less than three weeks. Look no further for an excellent service from a very competent team. I was very pleased by the work done by Simon and his team. We had fascias and soffits replaced and the quality of the result is very good. His team were very professional in their approach and dealing with any issues or concerns that arose during the work. They removed all waste from the site and cleaned very thoroughly before leaving the site and Simon's final inspection.

I can't recommend enough this company. I contacted Simon about a time critical job and within days the scaffolding was up and work started. He went out his way to explain what work was needed and why giving me a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. His team turned up as promised, were very polite and professional along with great communication throughout. Cleaned up after themselves and very safety conscious. I was very satisfied with the work done by Ark Roofing. Simon was on-hand at all times. Provided honest advice on the repairs needed to our roof and the job started promptly after the initial inspection, which I appreciated given that we had a leaky roof due to damaged / old valleys. The roofers did an excellent job of replacing the valleys and they also re-pointed ridge tiles - they were polite, considerate and tidied up all the mess. The job was completed in good time. The job even ended up being cheaper than initially thought / estimated, which is usually not the case. Simon also popped by to check on the job, and he also did final check before ordering the scaffolding down. I would highly recommend this company - the service was excellent throughout (very different from several experiences I'd had with other roofers / roofing companies), and the work was excellent value for money.

I had outstanding service from simon and his team. He came to quote within an hour of my call, which was important to me as I was very worried about a roof leak. He was extremely professional , friendly and polite. His team came the next day and went above and beyond to sort the problem for me even cleaning moss and debris off my roof at no extra cost. Noticed these guys carrying out some repairs to a neighbour of my Mum in Law. We needed some chimney work doing ourselves so I gave them a shout and asked if they could accommodate us. After an exchange of information and speaking to the Ark gaffer the work was done on the same day. Very pleased. I will definitely use Ark again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for good roofing guys. Update: Ark do fencing work too! This week they replaced some damaged fences and also a large access gate. Good work and reasonably priced.

Simon and his team were fantastic! We had a chimney removed which had a wasps nest inside. So he managed to get the wasps nest gone, removed the chimney, made good the roof and even fix another problem and all professionally done to a great quality! Simon does like to keep you up to date with everything which is reassuring and this was our first real start to a house renovation so first time nerves involved and they were very compensating and patient with us! Will be using him again in the future 100%
