Home Surveying provided us with our Home Buyers Level 2 Survey on a property we are purchasing. The survey was carried out promptly and the service that was provided was excellent. Andy rang us prior to carrying out the Survey to ask if we had any particular areas of interest on the property and assured us he would pay close attention to these aspects. The Survey was completed and that same evening Andy rang us to have an in depth conversation about his findings. We appreciated this greatly as first time buyers, because the informal conversation allowed us to ask questions and Andy explained things in ways that we could understand. Te report is very well structured and easy to understand, when often things like this can seem quite daunting to first time buyers. As a direct result of the Survey Report and the information/explanations Andy provided we managed to re-negotiate a further £3000 off the agreed price of the property. We are very grateful for the extra attention Andy gave to the survey and his welcoming and understanding nature towards our questions as first time buyers. We would most definitely recommend Home Surveying to anyone needed this service.

The report that James created was very detailed and informative. Lots of photos were taken and added to the report to help explain the issues that were being described. James was also really helpful in answering questions and explaining some elements in more detail, even taking the time on a bank holiday Sunday to have a call with me. Would highly recommend.

I booked level 3 survey for a property I hoped to buy. Everything went very smoothly, from payment, arranging dates and contact before the survey to confirm if I had any major concerns or worries. James then called the day after to talk over the key points. I received the full report within a week, the report was clear to understand and very comprehensive. James confirmed that once we had read over the report, and taken it in. He would be happy to talk over anything we needed and to give more information if needed.

When looking for a surveyor we used a comparison site, home surveying were the most responsive. Sarah who is our local surveyor reached out to us prior to the survey and completed the survey promptly. Sarah answered our further questions very quickly and uncovered some issues that we are now looking into specifically before proceeding with the purchase. We used hone surveying for level 2 survey and they were fantastic. We wanted to complete ab early date for survey and they were the only one to accommodate us and very reasonable fees. Sarah Cawley did our survey and was beer professional and helpful, surely will recommend them and rate them highly.

Our surveyor, James Burnett, from Home Surveyors Derby, gave us an excellent service from start to finish. He contacted us before doing the survey to find out if we had any questions or concerns about the property. His survey was very clear, thorough and professionally written, giving us all the detail we needed to know about the house we are hoping to purchase, especially in terms of which parts needed remediation and further assessment. We took him up on his offer to talk live following the survey and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently and straightforwardly. As a direct result of the thoroughness of James's survey and the further talking through of the issues over the phone with him, we managed to re-negotiate a £25,000 reduction of the purchase price, to allow for the remediations needed. We are very grateful for all his help and have no hesitation in recommending him to other people.

Survey was booked within a week of paying. Surveyor rang me on the day the survey was carried out to summarise the report. Full report was issued 1 working day after the survey date.
