K.The Team from Littleover Building Services made the Design/Build and Delivery of my new offices run very smooth, David and Stephen kept the project costs to budget and Mark was an ambassador for the building industry, making sure the project was delivered on time and to an exceptional quality. I have and will be asking the team to work with me on future schemes.
K.Littleover Building Services did a complete re-roof on our house following a poor repair by a previous company. The difference couldn't have been more marked. LBS were profesional from the outset, making us aware of ( and dealing with ) the necessary building control requirements when having a new roof . The team on site did a great job and the new roof looks fantastic, They were on site first thing and it was obvious they are experienced and skilled at what they do , working quietly and efficiently. They made sure that everywhere was swept up and tidy at the end of each day and that the site was left safe and secure. Our thanks to Stephen , Mark and the team , we will use them again in the future for any more building work we need doing.
