From start to finish Josh and his team were very professional the groundwork team went above and beyond offering advice on improving our design we had already changed the size of the patio with the expectation of a higher price at the end although the price was higher than originally quoted it wasn't as high as i expected after the project had finished all rubbish was removed and the work area was left clean and tidy can't thank you enough it was a pleasure doing buisness with you will defiantly recommend you to anyone having resin work done. Josh and his team were excellent throughout the job. Firstly, Josh advised me about the merits of permeable bonded resin rather than tarmac, which was my original choice. This saved me about £1000 in total. He booked me in his diary, and turned up as promised on the day and commenced work. Excavation and removal of the old drive and lawn was carried out efficiently and tidily. The construction of the new driveway followed, and the job was completed within days. I can honestly say that I am delighted with the finished product, and would recommend First Impressions wholeheartedly to anyone looking to improve the landscaping of their home.

Josh and the team did a great job on our resin driveway. We had a number of quotes before we chose to go with First Impressions. Not only were they very reasonably priced but Josh was very knowledgeable which we didn't get from some of the other companies, and added ideas to help make the finished product look fantastic. We had a large space that required a lot of initial prep work before they could get started, but they weren't phased by any of it. Even after a few initial teething problems at the beginning of the project, they still carried on working to the best of their ability. John in particular was here throughout and he did not seem to stop working! Any queries we had were answered and no problem couldn't be resolved. We are so happy with the final product and would not hesitate in recommending Josh and his team to others.

Utterly OUTSTANDING company - New resin Driveway Josh and his team are a highly professional, meticulously skilled and efficient unit. I spent years researching this really important, quite new and very specialized driveway option and I’m 110% satisfied with the outcome quality, workmanship and presentation (robust and gorgeous!). I took the trouble to contact 5 companies for quotations, read various manufacturers specifications, (cutting through marketing drivel where I could) and worked out what a professional job should involve SuDS, BBA, etc. Josh and his team did everything to full and proper specifications, highest standards and with exquisite workmanship. We can't believe our luck, that after searching for two years we found a company who are trustworthy, obsessed with high quality and detail. The wait time was three or four months, but worth every minute. The work involved a medium to large (200m) driveway being transformed from gravel to resin. The work took a week to prepare from scratch and one full day to finish in resin a few weeks later – Magnificent! Very friendly company, very good value, backed by BBA approved 10 year guarantee and for us…..The best in the business by a country mile!

John and the lads worked extremely hard and I was impressed with their commitment, especially the 12 hour shift they put in on Wednesday, to make sure the job was completed on time. They were very tidy. I noticed that at the end of the day everything was tidied away. The whole operation was very well planned and organised. There was a lot of stuff coming and going and it was unbelievable the amount of earth/tarmac the lads had to shift. They were constantly on the go. Overall my husband and I are very pleased with the job. My neighbours are very impressed with the work too! We cannot fault the workmanship and commitment to do a good job. We used First Impressions due to there reviews and we were not disappointed . They came to quote on time no messing about , it was measured we picked our colour and a price was given . Josh explained what we needed and explained what would be done we felt confident in his knowledge and his no nonsense approach . The team turned up on time were professional and the prep was done in the day ( in the rain ) . The next dry day the resin was laid quick and efficiently the team left at about 5pm all clean and tidy and it looked amazing . 20 mins later our cat walked on it !! We couldn't believe it paw prints in the resin I called Josh he was nearly home but came straight back and took no time to sort it out . The quality of the work is of a high standard and completed promptly weather permitting. Once the job was completed it was checked on two occasions to ensure everything was as it should be. There was no issue replacing a number of edging kerbs which were damaged by a careless driver. We would have no hesitation in recommending first impressions. I needed to have the very untidy mix of hard landscape and borders removed and the two levels reduced to just the one. There were a few invasive plants also needed removing The team arrived half a day earlier than I had initially arranged (I was contacted to see if this would be OK with me). The garden was leveled, , rubble and hard landscaping taken away. New top soil was introduced and a new lawn laid with high quality turf. The result is fantastic and much more pleasing to the eye. My grand children can now play in the garden far more safely (once the turf is established). The team were friendly and there was very little disruption from them, if any. A fantastic service from start to finish. My garden has been transformed with two new areas of artificial grass to replace tired turf. I also had a new circular border installed in concrete setts. The lads who did the job worked long hours and were conscientious, tidy , courteous and reliable. The work was completed in just 3 days through the current heatwave.
