S. R.Excellent Company. Called looking to have some repairs carried out to our patio door where the locking mechanism had worn and was close to breaking completely. Engineer, Graham, arrived within an hour with a call beforehand saying he was on his way. He replaced the faulty parts and was at all time neat, tidy and thorough, explaining the issues and repairs as he went. A credit to the Company. I have never come across Able Group before but you couldn't get better based on my experience. From initial call centre contact to engineer service to completion of paperwork, etc absolutely superb and very professional. Thank you.

Hopefully that is the nest problem sorted. Not the cheapest company out there doing this kind of work, but we wanted it sorted quickly and it looks like it has been.
d. l. b.Able is a national company that contracts out to local companies. Ours was Pestex who were fantastic and cheaper if we had contacted them directly. Great friendly service with good follow up. Very thorough.
