Had made decision to renew bathroom and downstairs cloak and had received a quote from a competitor. A friend then recommended Unique Interiors and showed us the work they had done. The bathroom kitchen and garage conversion really looked the business. We therefore visited the showroom which was not a glitzy large out of town industrial estate unit but a local friendly small shop which contained all samples , examples of work and brochures needed to make a decision for the job in hand. On top of this David's professionalism and subtle suggestions cemented our plans. I left with the impression that David was a genuine bloke. We committed to the work and David kept in touch with us prior to the start which had a small delay which was no problem as it had been well communicated. The lads arrived on start day and were very friendly, polite, clean and tidy in their work and ,just as importantly, observed Covid protocol. At the end of each day the progress seen was tangible so I felt their work rate was impressive. The work is now complete and I have to say their workmanship is equally as impressive. We are delighted with the results. What is more the invoice has been presented and the cost is considerably less than their competitor . If or when we decide to undertake any future major refurbishments , whether it is a kitchen renewal or garage conversion we will definitely be going back to them to undertake the work.

Just had kitchen updated. It’s an amazing transformation.Within 2 days my kitchen has gone from a drab workplace to a showroom kitchen. Dave, the owner, and his team of Dom and Dom are a credit to their trade. Very professional from start to finish, and the finished product is fantastic. From start to finish Unique Interiors provided a first class service. We recently had a sun room built to the back of the house. A kitchen wall was knocked down in the process. Because the majority of our kitchen units and doors were still in good condition we decided to revamp the kitchen rather than have a complete refit. We also needed a new built in shelving unit for the sun room. David from Unique Interiors came out to the house, listened to what we wanted and expected. He gave sound advice on how we could keep our existing units but by moving some of them could have a new looking kitchen. Bearing in mind our existing kitchen doors were obsolete, David still planned a revamped kitchen and within a few days we had drawings and quotes. David also came up with excellent suggestions and a plan for the shelving unit in the sun room matching these new units to furniture in our linked dining room. A date was then agreed for the work to commence. All goods were delivered to the timetable. The quality of the work done by the two kitchen fitters, Dom and Scott, was excellent - in addition to working diligently they were clean, tidy and always respectful to our needs. All the way through the process, David kept in touch and ensured any disruption was kept to a minimum. The finished job is fantastic. An excellent local company.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Just had an new en-suite, fitted wardrobes and new kitchen, including a wall knocked through, everything from start to finish has been fantastic. From David coming out on his initial visit right throughout the entire process its ran like clockwork, he literally has the patience of a saint - nothing is too much trouble, no pressure at all, complete understanding, he co-ordinated, organised and took care of everything. I couldn't ask for better lads than Dom & Tommy to work in our home, their workmanship and patience is remarkable. I can't speak highly enough, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would most definitely use them again.

After having a new shower installed in April by a cowboy plumber, Unique Interiors came to our rescue and we now have a fantastic shower with no movement or creaks that we had before. We can’t thank them enough. David was so helpful and Scott and Dom so professional and kept us informed at every stage. Have just had a bathroom fitted by Unique Interiors and the whole process from start to finish was first class. David took our initial ideas and through reviewing display items in the showroom and browsing the catalogues he brought it to life. He gave sound advice throughout the process and assisted us with tweaking and fine tuning the final product. The 2 fitters are very professional, arrived promptly, put in a good shift, and cleared away each day. Davids expert planning gave us more space. storage and features we ever imagined in our bathroom. Pipework hidden, walls and floor renewed, new lighted ceiling and a massive range of quality fixtures and fittings from the lovely showroom and even custom made storage units. Dom and Scott are two highly skilled perfectionist craftsmen as well as very nice people and nothing was make do, everything had to be just so and to the highest standards. We still can not believe that this is our bathroom, to have a truly luxurious finish with top quality items and workmanship that exceeded our hopes and still within our budget amazes us every time we go in as well as tremendous comments from everyone who sees it. I contacted David 10 weeks ago, as I was wanting major work doing to our home, so my elderly Mam could move in. Part of the renovation was a new kitchen and en-suite that would be “fit for purpose” for my Mam. After initially meeting David he just “got it” instinctively recognising what would be needed and his craftsmanship and attention to detail has been phenomenal! He has transformed the smallest of kitchens into a place that seems to have grown! Designing it into such a way that it not only looks so much bigger, but much more efficient. The en-suite he designed for my Mam is bespoke...he knew exactly what she would need even down to a comfort toilet and pivot shower door for easily access. He has transformed our living area with beautiful amtico flooring. My Mam is moving in next week and after what has been a really difficult time through a recent family bereavement, David has brought a real sense of joy and hope for the future. From our initial query to signing off the completed job, Dave, Dom and Scott have been absolutely fantastic in delivering brilliant service and quality. Having never had a bathroom fitted before, the whole experience was new and was recommended to get unique interiors from several people after their positive experiences. Dave took us through the various options and decisions required along the process of designing our new on suite and bathroom, scoping out the various options and providing very comprehensive quotes. Dom and Scotts fitting is brilliant with a keen eye on delivering very high quality finish. Even when we realised we'd made an error in our choice of bath after it was fitted, Dave was on hand to sort it out, even opening his showroom on an evening to help us choose another bath! Unique Interiors did an absolutely brilliant job on my kitchen/utility renovation nearly 4 years ago. David designed the kitchen around what I wanted then designed and fitted a bespoke solution to an awkward utility area - both work well and have been much admired. The company also supplied the sanitary ware, fittings and tiles for a new bathroom, en suite and cloakroom. All on time and within budget, I could not fault their service and appreciated their willingness to adapt as and when necessary. Just recently I had a small problem with a couple of items. I called David who came within a couple of days, fixed both cheerfully and without charge then solved a dilemma for me with a suggestion and subsequent fitting of another shelf unit in the kitchen. He had said to call if I ever had any problems and sure enough when I did, several years later, he came and fixed them - small though they were. Service indeed and with a smile.

Following extensive searching for suppliers and installers of kitchens and bathrooms in the North East area we eventually decided upon using Unique Interiors of Meadowfield, Durham, due to the pre-order work and advice we were given, which turned out to be the perfect and best choice we could have made. From beginning to end we received an excellent service from initial design to the finished article. David, the owner, was very professional, approachable and attentive in every aspect of the works from assisting us in choice of fittings and materials (all of which were first class) which were kept within our budget to the supervision and satisfactory completion of the works which we could not have been happier with. Nothing was a problem to him. The lads, Scott and Dom, who carried out the works on site were second to none. All works from installation of fittings, joinery, tiling and laying of new flooring were carried out to the highest standard, always considering and respecting our wishes throughout the works. It was always our intention to renew the kitchen and bathroom but having had experience first hand of Unique Interiors first class approach we decided to renew the en-suite, fit out the utility room and install new wardrobes in the bedroom, just proving the overall capability this company possesses.
