Initially it was the friendly and helpful welcome from Napier Bathrooms that drew me to ask them to problem solve a difficult space for us. Over the past 8 years Johnny and his team have been brilliant at helping us when items needed maintained or replaced. Really nice people who care about their customers way after the original work is finished.

Our positive experience with Napier began with the initial consultation and design process with Daniel, who was able to accommodate all of our wishes and ideas, and was able to suggest clever ways to make a major job still fit within our budget. The brief was for a new en suite shower room and a family bathroom, fully stripped out, remodeled and re-fitted. This experience continued when the job actually began, with Chris Lawson from Lawson's Joinery leading a team that included bathroom fitters, tilers and plasterers. The contractors were all highly professional, skilled and courteous and took care to thoroughly clean the work areas each day. Being a listed property, there was nothing "standard" about the job, and the team had to constantly come up with creative solutions for the re-fit, all of which were entirely sympathetic with the original building. We are delighted with the stunning final result in both rooms, and we would highly recommend Napier Bathrooms without hesitation. Thank you!

Nothing was too much trouble, questions were answered with endless patience and Daniel has total understanding on how to treat a customer well. Great services and products. We had a bathroom and en-suite shower Supplied and installed. Daniel was very helpful and patient (I had millions of questions!) and he addressed all of our concerns, We had several meetings and changes to our plans/products and there no issues! I have waited for four months since our bathroom remodel to see whether we loved the job as much now as we did when it was completed. We do! The Napier team transformed a typical Edinburgh (Marchmont) long and thin bathroom into a truly luxurious bathroom with a large shower unit. The design is perfect for the space available, the fittings are top quality and the workmanship is outstanding. While the work took a little longer than expected, the disruption proved much less than we feared. It may have been expensive, but it was worth every penny. We now have a bathroom to be proud of. Our thanks to Daniel, Johnny and the indefatigable Robert.

Had a bathroom supplied from Daniel in the showroom. We decided to use our own fitters which made things a little more challenging but Daniel helped with all the products the installers were not used to. Would happily use again.

Had a bathroom recently installed from Napier. The design process i felt they new exactly what it was i was looking for and was very happy with the 3D designs they made.i went ahead slight hiccup on installation due to pipe work needing slightly altered from original design but nothing serious bathroom looks stunning very pleased with the finish.

I liked the range of first class appliances on offer, the planning of the ensuite took account of my wishes. The detailed computer generated plan allowed me to see the finished effect and to make alterations as I wished. The final installation was handled to my complete satisfaction.
