Had our bathroom renovated including removal of redundant water tank and remedial pipework. Very happy with the work & bathroom looks great. Klaus and Michelle are both very professional and pleasant to work with. Would reccomend.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by TipTop. We had hired them for painting our old flat a few years ago and were very satisfied then so we didn't hesitate to call them again to renovate our kitchen. They are punctual and work to a high standard. Michelle has been very efficient in communicating with us throughout the process and Klaus has been very helpful in giving suggestions and completing some extra work last minute. Thanks a lot!

Excellent service and standard of work. I had most of the rooms in my flat painted, plus some boxwork installed around pipes and some minor repairs carried out. All the work was done to a very high standard. Everyone at Tip Top is incredibly friendly, professional and polite, and the work was priced very fairly. The work was all carried out to budget, and was completed more promptly than I expected. I will have them back again to do some more work on my flat in the near future. Highly recommended.

Tip Top delivered a five star service in all aspects of their engagement with us, from initial contact to job completion. They were head and shoulders above other traders, large and small, who when contacted either didn’t have the courtesy to respond to enquiries, or who promised much and had excuses in the end for delivering nothing. We used Tip Top to install shelving and lighting, hanging a heavy antique corner cabinet and large gilt mirror, replacing a kitchen ceiling fan and hanging a large crystal chandelier on a 13 foot ceiling. Tip Top’s communications, planning, suggestions, recommendations, execution and ongoing customer care were the best we have experienced in over 40 years of home moves and improvements. We are currently planning a second phase of electrical, bathroom and general improvements with Tip Top, and my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

From the great service you provided Michelle, so nice to have an office contact to deal with, to the care and attention the guys paid to saving the underfloor heating and many of the tiles. I was recommended TipTop via my letting agent. Their estimate was the lowest of the three I got for the redecoration of my flat, by quite some margin, which concerned me at first especially as I live overseas and was relying on email communication and a friend to verify the quality of the work. I shouldn't have worried. Their communication was excellent, they were exceptionally helpful, started and completed the work when they said they would, and the quality was great. I would recommend them highly.

My Edinburgh house had a kitchen containing tired white goods, shabby cupboards and a creaking floor, a failing electric shower and tatty screen in the bathroom, and rotting decking joists in the garden. Enter TTR and Michelle. She immediately grasped the requirement, suggested improvements (however modest), re-used serviceable items. She then sent over a shortlist of colours and materials - Michelle clearly has an eye for design. The costings were very reasonable and the sourced white goods matched my Amazon prices. I then went on a family holiday, returning to 'hey presto' new kitchen, restored bathroom, and gleaming decking. Her team are excellent, and the work is of the highest quality. My neighbours are queuing up to ask TTR to quote for their jobs! Cannot recommend this team highly enough. None of the dubious kitchen sales patter that is prevalent in the sector, friendly staff who apparently worked until 11pm some evenings, and cleared up their mess.
