Donald redesigned my bathroom and a shower room for my mum and offered great design advice and fair prices. Akwaplumb guys, Jordan and Roy, are friendly ,honest ,tidy and reliable. I can not recommend this company highly enough! Sent an email very late last night and got a call from a Donald this morning who sent someone round within an hour. Really efficient service and highly professional. If I have anymore plumbing jobs I need doing, Akwa Plumb is who i’ll use.

I needed a plumber to come and turn the water off from the street outside my property as I didn't have a key to do so, looked on google and this company came up under emergency plumbers, arrived at my house in 15mins and fixed the problem. Had to come back out to resolve issue with taps but this was dealt with quickly and amicably. Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to this company

We had to replace the flooring and all bathroom fittings in a “back to back” en-suite shower room and main bathroom, due to extensive water damage. Akwa Plumb did an excellent job and Donald went well over and above what was expected to ensure it all went smoothly. With minimal disruption and a very high standard of finish, we can highly recommend Akwa Plumb and will use them again for any similar work.

I took a chance and picked Akwa Plumb after searching the internet for local companies, it was the best decision I have made. It took one phone call to Donald and he came out and discussed the work I wanted carried out, one bathroom completely renewed and another bathroom refurbished, new boiler not only replaced but repositioned. His advice on every aspect of the job was absolutely correct. The work was carried out punctually and professionally every step of the way. As expected on a job of this scale there were a couple of wee hiccups which were dealt with efficiently and without fuss. As the work progressed I asked Donald to do another couple of things which were not included in the initial job, but every request was carrried out with no fuss whatsoever. Gavin who did the bulk of the work was extremely efficient, professional and tidy, a real credit to his employer. I would not hesitate to recommend Akwa Plumb as a company that will fulfill your expectations.

We used this company a few months back and weren't disappointed, from the start we felt Donald was giving good advice on what to do and what not to do. We had looked at using a diy store but couldn't get them to come in at a price we were looking to pay. What we got with this company far exceeded what we could have got with the diy store. All the work was done in the timescale quoted and to a very high standard. After 2/3 months it still looks great and there have been no "snags". We'd have no hesitation using this company again.

its always a bit of a gamble when picking someone from an Internet search to do some building work . But we struck very lucky with AKWAPLUMB. Donald responded very quickly to all my emails and had some great ideas for the bathroom during his one of several visits before starting the job . His fitter Roy was outstanding with a "nee bother" attitude to everything we asked him to do. . The job was done on time and within the budget, so we asked them back again to do another bathroom in another part of the house. Guess what "Nee bother " !!!. same immaculate finishing again . post fitting the first bathroom we had a small issue with the toilet not flushing , it was a saturday afternoon and Donald was on the other side of the city when we rang . he came staright over and fixed it .

Akwaplumb installed two bathrooms in my mum’s house in Bishopbriggs in Nov 2022. They were very accommodating and understanding of her age and requirements. They fitted her in as soon as they could as she was struggling to use her bath and installed a nice walk in shower area. Donald is a friendly person to work with and helped us with options. Jason who did most of the fitting did a great job. He was mostly just left to get on with it and we were very happy with the quality, finish and time scale. Would definitely recommend Akwaplumb.
