We contacted Candid about our single storey extension and they both replied quickly to our inquiry and set a meet to discuss our project Once agreed in principle, we were given a rough start date along with a promise to meet just before work began. Both Barry and Thomas were professional throughout this planning phase. The structure itself went up in good time and any deadlines at this stage were met. The various workers on site were polite and diligent, they were especially understanding of our need for a cooker even though our kitchen was in the process of being dismantled in preparation for internal remodeling. We're are delighted with the finished extension, it has been completed to a very good standard and we would happily recommend Candid to anyone who is looking to improve their home.

We had Candid Projects carryout our work in three phases, mostly due to the various lockdowns and also we needed to tie in with our neighbours. Each phase went seamlessly. Supplies delivered promptly, guys turned up on time and were professional and courteous throughout. Always checking in to ensure we were happy and whenever a challenge appeared they raised it with a solution in mind. Phase one was the base for a greenhouse, phase two was removal of foundations of decking and laying of slabs and grass - this was the mucky and longest phase. Phase three took place app seven months after phase two and the guys who came to do that were impressed with the work we had done with planted pots and containers and a very busy greenhouse! Great team and a pleasure to make tea and coffee for.

Barry, Thomas and the team did amazing job on our car port conversion, a small extension, patio and driveway. Despite it being across the various lockdowns and being faced with various staff and material shortages. The quality of their work was second to none and they were real pleasure to deal with, always honest and turned up when they said would. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had Candid demolish an old conservatory and replace it with a brand new extension. Barry and Thomas were great from start to finish. Communication was great, with Barry providing updates and schedules of work on a daily basis. Their team worked so hard to bring the project in on time for Christmas. We couldn't be happier with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Recently had our loft converted by Barry and the team at Candid. It was a complete rip out and the boys did a great job converting a cold empty space into 2 warm bedrooms including a velux window. We were impressed with the team who worked tirelessly to to make sure it was completed on time and to a very high standard. Communication was excellent and we will definitely recommend them.

A massive recommendation of Candid Construction Scotland. We recently had a large Dormer extension which includes a stunning viewing window with a lovely space to relax and take in the scenery with also a generously sized bathroom. I couldn't be more impressed with the company and all its team. Barry and Thomas were thorough when explaining each step of the process and kept to timescale. They were highly efficient and took attention to every detail to ensure our project ran smoothly with minimum disruption. This extension has made a huge difference to our property and transformed our upstairs. We just love it, thankyou team Candid!
