The team at Pristine, was very professional during the site visit, from quotations to asking questions. I felt, having dealt with a lot of suppliers, that provided poor service, a little nervous, but that changed with Pristine as they walked me through all aspects of the service without trying to confuse me with industry terms. David and his team did an amazing job of our roof. The transformation before and after really is nothing less than superb. The roof practically look like a brand new roof and we've had lots of comments from people passing by. Our roof was looking really tired and was covered in moss. I had a roof clean done and the difference in my roof is absolutely amazing. It looks brand new. Repaired any cracked tiles. Cleaned all gutters and soffits even my velux window :) They were extremely professional and even had a look at my conservatory roof and I think sealed a bit of it. Extremely professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. Really happy with their job and one of the few company's/trades I have used recently that I cannot fault and I can be extremely picky. A five star company for definite.
