j. l.James and his team were professional, punctual and reliable. They got the job done of removing the asbestos roof on my garage and replaced it with an attractive metal roof. The workmanship is neat and sound. The team were efficient, polite and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. I give them 5 stars for now trusting I can rely on them to honour their 20 year guarantee. However judging by the work they did and the quality of materials used, I doubt I will need to call then back unless I need them to do another job for me. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

From a prompt inspection of the existing roof, explanation of the replacement options and procedure and without any pressure we decided to go ahead with the competitive quote. The installation team arrived early on the appointed day in a clean, fully liveried van and set to with all the appropriate equipment quickly and efficiently. Without let up the old roof was removed and the replacement installed complete with rainwater goods. Final clear up was done and everything left neat and tidy all within 7 hours. Guarantee and SEPA certificate supplied the following day. Very impressive and happy to recommend.

K. M.Can’t recommend Steven and the guys at roofseal enough. I was quoted for new firestone epdm flat roof including new insulation for large extension at rear of my home which badly needed replaced. The price quoted was the best quote I had received and I placed the order to start the installation. Installation was started and finished in time scales quoted and quality of work was outstanding, also all debris was removed from site and work areas were left very clean and tidy. Very professional company and guys were all well presented and very pleasant to deal with. E. H.This company insulated and covered my garage roof which was corrugated asbestos sheets promptly and efficiently. I then asked them to cover my extension flat roof which is of blonde sandstone and was built in the 1930’s. The roof has castellated battlements and again a first class prompt job was carried out on what must have been a tricky job. I was very impressed with the workmen and their Supervisor James who provided a lot of help and tips with the roof that I would never have even thought about. To top it all I thought the price was very competitive I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
