I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism that The Bathroom Company Glasgow delivered. The finished En Suite is absolutely beautiful and stunning, and we are both so happy with what they have done. From the initial enquiry and developing the design through to the installation, I have had an extremely positive experience. Even though at the very end there was a glitch with their supplier which slightly delayed finishing off the installation, they took complete ownership of the problem to ensure it was resolved as quickly as possible and to keep us in the loop with what was happening. The installation can always be a tough time for the home owner, having workman come in and out of the house to do building works, and past experience for me hasn’t always been positive. However, these guys were extremely tidy, clean and respectful. They were timely on each day, worked hard, kept to schedule in the build, and were very accommodating to discuss what they were doing and where decisions were needing to be made. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to any body else. Awesome job! Thankyou

The Bathroom Company were brilliant to work with. Richard visited my property and really understood the design I was looking for and said he could make it happen. The design was innovative, using modern fittings for shower and radiator. The fitters, Graeme and Phil, were absolutely brilliant. They were so pleasant and worked non-stop. We have just had our bathroom completed yesterday 21/7/22 by fitters, Glen & Michael, both guys were amazing they worked tirelessly from start to finish, & earned every penny, all other teams were excellent , tilers were fantastic they were finished in no time at all, doing a full room floor to ceiling, the electrician done a great job, we had a speaker installed and it was explained how it work . All teams left everything tidy, and we were told how to look after the slate shower tray to keep it looking it’s best. I would highly recommend the Bathroom-company from sales to installation we were asked numerous times where we wanted fixtures and fitting. Thank you Highly recommend by us Mr and Mrs Sweeney.

Excellent service and outstanding workmanship are how we would describe our experience with the Bathroom Company. We had an en-suite re-modelled in September and the results were fantastic. That first visit by Richard was crucial for us. He was able to speak from experience, confirm the layout we wanted along with some intuitive details and left us feeling completely confident. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the showroom and then to watch Graham and Phil at work was a joy. They are highly skilled craftsmen and I recommend the Bathroom Company without reservation.

After a friend's recommendation we visited the showroom and were warmly welcomed by a knowledgeable staff who talked us through all the new options on choosing bathroom fixtures and tiles. Richard drew up workable options which we were able to view in 3D . This made it so much easier to visualise and decide on the configuration of the traditional bathroom into a walk-in shower room. I approached TBCG to remodel 3 bathrooms earlier in the year. Martin took the time to work through requirements and gave advice. He modelled the bathrooms so we could visualise what the teams could do for us. With a lot of work to be done we agreed and planned for 2 teams to come and deliver 3 new bathrooms in 5 days. The sheer volume of work was quite incredible with everything stripped back to the joists to start afresh. TBCG use their own in house teams for joinery, plumbing, electrical and tiling. Where we needed a roofer or plasterer contractors were scheduled to come in. What sets TBCG apart is customer service. The teams all very friendly and would frequently check to sure we were happy with what was happening on a day to day basis. They pride themselves of making sure customers are happy and when we had a couple of minor snags they back out to fix them rapidly. We are now a couple of months on from the work completing and still can’t quite believe the difference. Standards and quality matter - TBCG deliver.

I recently had my bathroom redesigned and fitted by The Bathroom company Glasgow. The whole process was great from start to finish. Richard came to the house for the initial survey and then Martyn was so helpful going through all the products available and planning and redesigning my bathroom. The tradesmen who fitted the bathroom worked efficiently and effectively as a team and kept me informed of each stage of the process. Very happy with our new bathroom and cloakroom, installed by The Bathroom Company, Glasgow, I would have no hesitation recommending this company - First Class. Richard initially came out to survey both rooms and suggested different designs. We then went to the showroom and Martin helped us choose products and showed us the design image on computer. We were more than happy to proceed. The installation went like clockwork. Andy, Craig and Matt appeared on day 1 and did the initial rip out. The following day Craig the tiler did an unbelievable job. The final day Andy, Craig and Matt installed all the new hardware. Thank you to everyone at the company. The Bathroom Company Glasgow attended at our home and gave careful advice on our proposed complete installation of a new bathroom. Their quote seemed competitive but not cheap and we expected, and got, good quality work. They were very busy with installations at the time and gave us a date some months ahead for our work to proceed. They turned up on the agreed date and their various teams - plumbing, tiling and electrical etc went into action spectacularly and efficiently. The entire installation was complete within the four days estimated except for one difficulty which required their main installer to come back the following day, which happened to be his day off. We then experienced a few operational snags which after these were brought to the Company's attention were quickly remedied. Because of these snags I am giving four stars rather than the five which the work overall really merited. I warmly recommend the services of The Bathroom Company Glasgow

When looking for ideas and inspiration for the bathrooms in our new house we visited quite a few stores from the myriad of options located in the Hillington area of Glasgow without success. It wasn't until we entered the showroom of the The Bathroom Company Glasgow that we pretty much knew straight away that this was the place.A stunning showroom containing many fully finished bathrooms makes it much easier to visualise what your own space could look like.No hard sell at all with help available only when, or if, you wanted it. In our case we were helped by Martin who showed us round the showroom, took on board our house plans, what our ideas were and over a short period of time came up with something that we liked. This was followed up by a site visit from Richard to check all the details out and tweak anything that was necessary to make sure we had the best use of space.We agreed on price and a date was set for installation. The installation team duly arrived on site and from starting with bare room shells five days later we had three fully fitted out bathrooms. The team doing the work did an amazing job and the quality of workmanship was excellent. All the team were very good to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, a pleasure to have in your home.All in all we can’t praise them highly enough and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending The Bathroom Company Glasgow to anyone looking for bathrooms installed.

This was a positive experience with The Bathroom Company Glasgow. From the initial call to arrange a survey with Richard, to establish our requirements, the CAD appointment with Leanne and the seamless cavalcade of experienced and efficient tradesmen, Glen & Michael (the plumber and fitters), Kevin the tiler and Ian the electrician, they were professional, punctual and helpful throughout. The old bathroom would normally be uplifted at the end of the job but when storm Dudley loomed, Cairn in the office arranged a swift uplift mid job to negate any issues. I received pleasant courtesy customer service calls before and after the job from Vivian and the two minor snags that were identified after departure were quickly rectified by the conscientious tradesmen. Decided to go with the Glasgow bathroom company as they offered an all in one service. The team delivered, the installation was carried out in a timely manner as arranged with Richard. The results are spectacular as they offered something a bit different to the rest. Had a couple of issues like with any job on this scale but every was rectified without any hassle. I changed my mind about a couple of products mid install which were returned and the new choices installed again with out any problems. Such a great showroom, not only do you have a lot of ideas right in front of you but they have set each display out with cards so you can easily see what items are there and the cost... and Vivien was really helpful with our questions. ..... Several months later: Since the initial review of 5 stars I have had to mark them down. Despite repeated requests for an update on the quote we were promised no one has bothered to get back to us. I realise they must ve extremely busy, but at least tell us it will be some time, or even never. Don't just keep telling us someone will be in touch next week and then not bother. The showroom is worth a visit, then take your ideas to a more attentive supplier / plumber cos these people don't talk to you despite their promises.

Had an en-suite fitted a few years ago and I noticed a damp patch appearing on my living room ceiling and thought it was the sealant had perished with age. The owner Ritchie agreed for one of his team to come around and re seal the showers base. What I thought was going to be a simple job ended up being a more complicated one. The waste trap under the shower was faulty and a hole in the ceiling had to be cut out. From Friday when I reported it and now Wednesday the repair has been carried out quickly efficiently and with the minimum of hassle. Their after care service is excellent and I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Suffice to say I am now getting them to do my main bathroom. A huge thanks to you and all your friendly and helpful staff.

After a poor experience in the past with another company, we were apprehensive when it came to changing 2 bathrooms but we need not have worried. From initial planning to end result, the Bathroom Company Glasgow offered expert advice and guidance and we now have two showroom bathrooms, absolutely stunning and we are thrilled with them. Martin, Ritchie and the girls kept us updated on next steps, and there has to be a special thank you to the boys who carried out the work, fantastic work and clearly a team who enjoy and take pride in what they do, a total credit to the company. Recently had my bathroom installed and completed by the bathroom company glasgow. I've given it a couple of weeks to write this review just in case I had any problems. There are no issues, showroom which isn't a suprise, the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. From the start in the showroom, which is absolutely fantastic and had undoubtedly the largest number of prebuilt showcase bathrooms to help us see a full range of the products on offer, rather than what everyone else was offering around about, which was looking at catalogues. The design tried to give us as much space as possible whilst also trying to pack in a bunch of extra features & the staff who showed us around and helped do the design, couldn't have been more helpful. After popping in for a quick survey to make sure the design would fit as hoped, they were out not even two weeks later too start the fit. The guys worked hard over 3 days, and late nights (with my permission) to turn around the bathroom in the promised 3 day window. The tiles, the bath, the shower, everything is of the absolute best quality and the finish is honestly stunning. Thanks so much.

We visited the Bathroom Company showroom after an initial home visit from Ritchie. We were offered a drink from a large selection on arrival which was a nice touch, and then Martin took us through our 3D computer model of the bathroom. Once we’d discussed layouts and moved a few things around we looked around the showroom to pick out our tiles and porcelain. There were plenty of options to choose from, and a lot of catalogues showing items not on display. Overall it was a pleasant friendly experience.

My wife and I were driving to Hillingdon to look at bathrooms as we knew it was the area to go to. One of their vans passed us on the route there so we took their address and went in. We were extremely happy from start to finish. They worked with us to iron out what we wanted. They met us half way on price and their workmen were fantastic. They arrived the Monday and our bathroom was finished by wednesday evening. The large shower glass they installed had a large scratch that we didn't notice until later that day. They came Thursday morning swapped it out no problem at all. Our bathroom has been in for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it.

A small space and everything is fitted in so neatly: a walk in shower that is easy and safe for us oldies: a plunge bath so I can soak while I listen to an audio book as well as a vanity unit and loo.
