K. D.I honestly cannot rate this company enough. Danny and Tom are thorough, professional and compassionate. I was executing a massive renovation project on my own and they were the beacon I really needed to see me through. Their quotes were quick and thorough. They spent the time fleshing out requirements and talking me through breakdowns to keep it on budget. They shared my vision as well as brought their own ideas to the table, rather than just being ‘yes’ men. I can’t wait to work with them again. Super people, clearly very good at what they do, and outstanding customer service. I won’t be using anyone else.
M. C.We contacted Brooks and Pointon for an entire rebuild/renovation of our back room to an open plan kitchen/living area. They were tidy, professional, friendly and always turned up every day on time. I would advise using all their contractors to do the work start to finish as it makes it really seamless and they organise it all. Every person here worked so hard to get the room finished as we were on a deadline and they always accommodated every detail for us. They kept me updated along the way and always answered every question I had. I don’t normally write reviews and have renovated three properties - they are the only company I would recommend. Super impressed so thank you all that worked at our house for making our vision come true.

From the outset we were so impressed with the professionalism and quality of all aspects of the work undertaken. Communication was clear throughout and James involved us with all key decisions; something we really appreciated as this was our first experience of completing this type of work. Every member of the team, and each sub-contractor, who worked on the project were extremely polite, well-mannered, and very hard-working - often staying beyond their scheduled hours to complete work. This meant that the build was completed ahead of schedule! We are so pleased with the end product and will definitely be using this fantastic local firm for any future projects. E. C.B&P recently landscaped our garden including re-laying drains, a large terrace, beautiful curved steps, rainwater harvesting tank installation,
fencing and lawn. We really could not recommend them enough. The team were professional, helpful and hard working. They were always on hand to come up with better solutions to problems and the craftsmanship is just outstanding. Site management was smooth and communication clear throughout - we would have no hesitation recommending them. Even our neighbours and kids loved them! Worth every penny.
I. D.We used Brooks and Pointon to strip out and refit our kitchen. They suggested some very good ideas and were helpful throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent and the guys were polite and professional throughout. I can thoroughly recommend them.
D. S.We had our kitchen refurbished, as well as structural walls changed and bi-fold doors added. We had a lot of requirements, but each one was covered. The quotes were competitive and James and the team did a really good job. They were also able to discover and fix some pretty awful work that was done during the previous extension to the house long before we moved in (before their time, so not them), which became evident during the project.
The original expectation of 5 weeks work was exceeded, but with isolation due to Covid during the project which added a week and the issues around supply of some core materials, it was not excessively longer and with good reason.
I'd recommend them for sure - good lines of communication throughout and prompt responses to any last minute changes that happened through the course of the project. Great team of guys.
T. E.James and Danny , along with their other staff are very professional in their approach to customer requirements. In our case it was probably a relatively small project to build a patio area in our side garden. The team produced a couple of different plans using their experience and building knowledge and offered potential alternatives. They were available and communicated with us throughout the project to ensure all of our requirements were met, they were very detailed in delivering their/our plan. Danny and James took the project through E2E , were a hard working team, very friendly and practical , they worked in a very efficient manner and the end result was quality and something that we are proud to have .
B&P are possibly victims of their own success and I did look for some more work to be done but their diaries were full. I would definitely recommend them but if you want them make sure you get in early, you will not be disappointed .
