Right from the beginning we were provided with a very detailed and comprehensive quote from David Price Building Contractors for our kitchen / diner extension. We found Jason Price to be very friendly and personable right from the very fist meeting we had with him to discuss the potential project. I can honestly say that ALL of the people working on site were really professional, friendly, helpful and kept us fully informed at every stage. They all provided sound advice and really helped us in making a few decisions about aspects we had not even considered. It also made it easier that they all drank tea with one sugar😂 We are so thrilled and completely satisfied with our lovely new extension and cannot thank them enough. Jason and his team are very professional but also very friendly and approachable. They did a double storey extension for us and made a dream of ours a reality. I always felt comfortable talking honestly about our finances and they always made efforts to reassure us when unexpected costs occurred. If there was a delay or a new problem, they told us straight away and were always updating us when needed. The quality of workmanship has been great and we are really enjoying living in our revised home. I would recommend their services to anyone without hesitation. Great team! Where do I begin with recommending David Price Building Contractors Ltd?! Jason and his amazing team have been fantastic from start to finish. From the initial quoting process (quick, honest, great value, adaptable); to the actual build (all the above, plus hard working, tidy and a pleasure to have around); through to the final stages, ensuring we are happy with absolutely everything and going out of their way to make any changes needed). I have known Jason and his lovely family for over 20 years so knew he was honest/trustworthy but also had recommendations from others who had extensions created by him, so felt very confident in his skills. Jason and his team have done a couple of projects for us. We’ve been very pleased with the results both times. Jason is great: easy to work with, and kept us up to date as each project progressed. Always made sure mess minimum in the house and he and his team were a pleasure to have around.

Overall very impressed with the building work on our extension in 2019. Jason Price was in charge of the project which went smoothly, the standard of work was very high and they were very accommodating when asked to make any changes to the build plan. Quotes and invoices were detailed, so you could see what was being spent where. I'd certainly use them again for any similar projects.

Jason was very helpful when we decided we wanted a new kitchen. He organised a kitchen planner to meet with us and executed our wishes of an open plan kitchen to a high standard. We made a few changes along the way which did not phase them at all. He was always on time and always left the place tidy even when there was no ceiling, wall or flooring! All work was completed to an exceptional standard and we were extremely happy with the end result.
