D.Everything from these guys was top-notch. Communication and clarity from the start, assistance when complications arose (pesky comms companies!) and also very happy with the finished product. Competitive price for what seems to be an ever-inflating cost to a homeowner (to get it done properly!) and they made it very easy and worry free the entire time. After asking them to deal with all the forms & permissions side of things instead of me having to bicker with BT and the like, their contacts within the relevant council departments meant everything was sorted by them and 'by the book' - without me having to do anything. Finished job very nice too and the guys were very friendly and happy to chat about related things going on in your front drive! Excellent after-sales support too, even after we'd paid.
Sorry we didn't hire your digger in the end guys - decided to dig the 25 tonnes by hand. You were right, we're crazy :) A+++

J. A.Following on from a personal recommendation I contacted Nigel for a quote for extending the dropped kerb at the front of my house to increase my off-road parking. I had contacted a number of other companies for quotes and had not been overly impressed by either the response, response times or the prices. Nigel at NCR was prompt, professional and very cooperative.
Nigel and his team arrived on the appointed day and removed the existing kerbstones, the old section of pavement and the footings for our recently removed boundary wall. They laid the new kerbstones and left it overnight to dry out before arriving on day 2 to lay down the new pavement.
What an absolutely fantastic job they have made! I’m so glad that I went with NCR as the job is a real testament to their expertise and really shows up the job that was carried out by another company on a driveway in the locality.
Nigel and his team are polite, professional, friendly and helpful; they are also very tidy and left no mess around after they left.
Thanks again to Nigel and his team and also to Hannah in the office for sorting out the paperwork for the Highways Agency.
