Our whole house renovation was an exciting journey made all the better with the Precision Team onboard. The initial build team were fantastic and nothing was ever too much! They coped extremely well in the limited spaces and the structure went up quickly and in an orderly fashion with little mess. It was always a safe workplace and they were happy to have two extra little ‘helpers’ and work around us as a family. Even with hiccups along the way due to no fault of their own, the team were always dedicated and gave guidance and reassurance when and where it was needed. We had a complete refit of heating, 3 new bathrooms, added a bedroom and created a huge new kitchen/dining space and nothing was too big a job! All contractors came in and fulfilled their jobs and this was always organised fully by Andrew. We can’t thank the guys enough for all they have done and we look forward to enjoying the new spaces they have provided us with, especially with all the wonderful high-end finishes! We would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Andrew and the Precision Builders Team undertook a major renovation and extension project converting a 4 bedroom house that had been empty for 8 years into an amazing country house with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement conversion into a gym and bar/home cinema plus extensive terraces, decks and grounds. We are delighted with the outcome. The finish and quality of the work is exceptional and the team were fantastic, engaging with us at every step, advising and supporting leading to a thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable experience. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any building project and will certainly use them for future additions to our house and grounds.

We are new to the are and chose Precision based on reviews seen online. The work was to create a kitchen/diner and fit a new kitchen, also to create a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite. The guys did an excellent job, were polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to get everything just right. Would definitely recommend them.

I needed an extension to the kitchen with an ensuite bedroom above and a garage to the front. I got a quote from Precision builders which was more comprehensive than any of the other quotes i received. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Having talked to Andrew several times it was agreed that they would do the build. It turned out not to be as straightforward as we thought, we found a 5m deep well just where the footings were to go and an old large structional brick flue that was hidden in the corner of the walls where we were to demolish to create the open plan kitchen. Both these issues were dealt with quickly and correctly using building control and a structural engineer. The price of this extra work was clearly given to me and agreed in advance so there was no unexpected costs. The rest of the work was more or less done within the agreed quotation. The workmen were brilliant, cheerful, polite, tidy, punctual and there communication was very good keeping me informed about all the aspects of the job. I was very happy with the build and would not hesitate to highly recommend Andrew and his staff to anyone looking for a builder. Peter Harris

We worked with precision to build a two-storey side and rear extension with the addition of a garden room at the rear of our 1930's property. We contacted Andrew for a quote and he was punctual, polite and had many good ideas to add. We awarded the work to Precision as Andrew genuinely seemed to share our vision for the property and we had complete faith that he wanted to carry out the work to a high standard and cared that we were happy with the finished result. The works proceeded very quickly and each day the team arrived when expected, were polite and courteous and worked around our children being at home during lockdown. (We even had a go at bricklaying- thank you Archie!). Each evening the site was tidy and kept as clean as possible. Out of necessity we have completed some works ourselves and Andrew and the team have been very accommodating with this. Overall we are delighted with our finished home and have no hesitation in recommending Precision

Andy and his guys were with us for about 9 months to build a stand-alone wooden clad extension with a glass link to the old agricultural single storey barn we live in. They also did extensive remodelling to the main house. The result is a fabulous, very versatile home that we absolutely love. The perfect mix of modern and old. They were great to work with; trustworthy, professional, polite, funny, friendly... all the things you want when sharing your space for such a long time AND they did a fantastic job! We also asked them to come back and replace our falling down double wooden garage with a block built double garage which was then clad in wood to compliment the rest of the property. Highly recommended!

Used these guys twice over the years starting 5 years ago with a huge Side and rear kitchen extension. Then 3 years ago they completely landscaped our garden into a beautiful outdoor space that adults and kids can enjoy together. Then at the beginning of February 2020 we started our final project. Andrew and Danny putting up with me changing my mind throughout, adding extra work and changing things, they were really helpful, nothing was too much of an issue! We had to stop half way through due to the pandemic but when they finally came back to finish their whole team were extremely respectful of our family and our space. In the end they created us a whole new loft bedroom, an extra bedroom with en-suite, re modelled the master bedroom making it a much bigger space, a small gym downstairs and a laundry room. We replaced all internal doors, had mostly all new windows and a new front door. We then had the entire house rendered from top to bottom. The house is exactly how we imagined and more. More than happy with the work they all did and the way it was executed. Would use again and definitely recommend. Below is a before and after of the exterior.

There work was spot on, provided alternative suggestions to refuce costs, listened to my ideas and were very flexible letting me do some of the work myself.
