I contacted Joe via TrustATrader and he called me back within an hour then came to inspect the chassts of my 1988 Tingdene park home the same evening. I initially employed him to remove the nasty smelly mousey insulation from underneath my home replacing it with new insulation. After seeing what a good job Joe made of repainting the chassid, adding 21 jacks, making bespoke vented inspection doors and replacing insulation, I employed him to do a full external refurbishment. He fitted new fascias, vented soffits, guttering, downpipes, panelling, repainted and fitted a new Metrotile insulated "hot roof". Joe will start work at a time best for you, he has worked extensively on Turner parks so is familiar with park rules and paper work. Joe and his son are always helpful and he explains each step of what he is doing to check you are happy with the work. Also two days after my job was completed when Joe was delivering my 40 year Metrotile roof guarantee I showed him my new house number plaque that had just arrived and he offered to attach it to the house for me, which was very kind of him, he will always help if he can, which is much appreciated.

Yet another happy Berkely parks resident! Joseph has done an amazing job on replacing my gutters, fascia and cladding on front and back gables. Being an older home, it has given it a new look. Joseph is a true professional and a lovely man. His sons are also a credit to him, well mannered and polite. Even the bad weather (rain all day!) didn't stop them turning up for work. We first saw the work done by Rybrook Developments (Park Homes) Ltd in 2016 when they replaced the roof on a neighbours park home at The Pines Homes Park, Huntington In Cannock Staffordshire and as a retired builder I was impressed by the standard of the work and the work ethic of Joe. 6 years later when we were in need of a roof repair ourselves and we did not hesitate to contact them. They came to see us the same day and work started the following Monday. They worked each day for a week from 7.00 am until 5.00pm and completely replaced the roof and added additional insulation. Not only does our park home now look much better, (we have had many comments from our neighbours about how much better our park homes looks) but we have also noticed a big difference in the heat retention and our home now feels much warmer. We have also noticed that before we had the roof replace d we could hear the birds on our roof and since having the new Metrotile roof on we are no longer woken up each morning by the birds using our roof as a playground. An added bonus is that as Rybrook DevelopmentsL (Park Homes) Ltd is a Metrotile approved contractor our roof has a 40 year weatherproof guarantee. We highly recommend Rybrook Developments (Park Homes) Ltd to anyone who owns a Park Home and need repairs and maintenance work carrying out.. ( SE & LE)

Recently Joe carried out some work on my park home. This included replacing some metatile roof tiles as well as the ridge tiles. He also replaced the gable ends, guttering and down pipes. Cladding was added to each end of the home which greatly improved the overall appearance of the home. All work was carried out quickly, efficiently and tidily.
