From the outset I knew that Billy was the man for the job, while the other builders I'd asked to come and quote had asked some questions flourished their tape measures about, Billy took his time asked lots and lots of relevant questions about our garage conversion. I could see he was really invested in the project. His attention to detail all the way through has been very reassuring. w. p.In spring 2019 my wife and I decided to purchase another property. Before we bought it we called Billy and asked his opinion on what we were planning to do. He arrived on time at and we went through the plans and thoughts. He guided us on what we could and could not do and so we set the wheels in motion. We completed the purchase in the last weekend in April, and the first Monday in May Billy and his team set about our plans. He dealt with all of the building regs, design, and total implementation of the plan we had created. He managed to complete our plans with an extension, full re modelling of the insides and comms with building inspector. This was inside 3 months of the completion of the purchase. We have now moved into this house and owe Billy and his team a big thank you for all of their efforts.
