Ash and co were very professional, informative and helpful. A quote was provided quickly and preferences discussed. Ash took photos throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and to check in with me. Originally asked for roof work which he advised I didn’t need as the roof was in good condition so he continued with new guttering, soffits and fascias which are done to a high standard. The work was done quickly and they even tidied up after themselves. Can’t sing praises enough - thank you!

Just had some roof/chimney work done by AC Roofing recently. Very happy with the job done, the price and the overall experience. Had a couple of other roofers come look at the job that needed doing. The first roofer had a good look, told me what needed doing, but I then had to chase for a quote which never came despite numerous attempts. The person that was supposed to send me a quote wasn’t even the person who came to look. Ashley from AC Roofing was the second company to have a look. He gave great advice on what needed doing and what wasn’t, and not waste money but what was given the option to go ahead if I still wanted them. Ashley also sent the quote on the same day a few hours later. I told Ashley I’m waiting on some other quotes before I decide so can’t give an answer yet. He was totally cool, understanding and happy to wait. A third roofer came to look. He somehow spotted additional major work that needed doing (bonding valley) which the first and Ashley from AC Roofing didn’t seem to mention, quoted me a lot higher price as a result, then pressurised me to accept the quote on the spot by giving his hand to shake and take the deal. I said I’m undecided and I’ll let him know. He then seemed a bit upset and I felt a bit awkward. I got back to Ashley from AC Roofing a week later after the initial contact, and he was more than happy to take on the job. Arranged date and time, and Steve from AC Roofing came to do the job at the agreed schedule (Ashley would also normally work alongside Steve but his partner had recently given birth so he couldn’t make it). I told him another roofer spotted additional work needed doing, and Steve from AC Roofing told me it doesn’t look like it but he’ll let me know if such is the case when he starts on the work already agreed. After the agreed work was completed I mentioned about the supposed work need on the bonding valley. He told me it wasn't anything major, and just needed a little touch up and he’s already done it, without adding anything to the quote. Also filled a few extra holes on the wall which I requested after the original quote, which was also done without adding to the quote. Hence, I was really happy and glad I went with AC Roofing. They were professional and honest. Plus timely quotes with no pressure to accept it, great advice on what work needed doing, doing what was actually needed doing and not finding issues that didn’t exist to inflate quote, the work done to a high standard, and a few little extra done here and there without adding to original quote. I was also sent before and after images of the work done along with a receipt as requested. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AC Roofing to others, and would use them again myself in the future.

AC roofing were very prompt and quick to answer your texts. They had replaced a roof ridge tile to a very neat finish. Also nothing was an issue and answered with a prompt reply. So impressed with them and will definitely be using them again.

We had a new flat roof on a conservatory, a new pitched garage roof after asbestos removed, and some ridge tiles repointed. Very good discussion and fair quote. I would highly recommend AC Roofing. Ash is reliable, friendly and helpful. He turned up when he said he would and is quick to respond to messages. He took before and after photos and told me what could wait and what could not. I am pleased with the works carried out (new guttering & downpipes, ridge tile repairs, chimney repointing, repair to leaking porch roof). It is great to find someone I would happily contact again.

AC Roofing undertook repairs to steel (victorian) gutters, ridge tiles and dormer window. Ashley's communication was excellent and the lads turned up on time. His crew were professional and undertook the work to a high standard. There was some additional work involved on the day of the dormer repair (previous layers that had to be removed) which hadn't been anticipated but which were covered off within the cost. The price paid was competitive. The dormer was re-felted and the sides also tiled. Very pleased with the finished job.

A really great service from Ashley for an emergency flat roof repair. Texts were answered quickly and the job done a few days later. Not only did he fix the roof, but also checked and repaired a velux window - free! Very reasonable prices and will definitely use AC Roofing again

AC roofing are fantastic. I had a problem with the gutters at my rental property and contacted them. Ashley promptly got back to me, dicussed the issues, sent one of the guys to have a look at it the next day and then replaced the gutters within a week. They were very professional.
