Working at Dutton has been one of the best work experiences I have ever had. The work environment is really pleasant, all the staff is highly qualified and they carry out their work in the most complete harmony and professionalism. My manager is a great person who cares for each members' team, encourages and takes part in the continuous development of the skills and knowledge of each one. In addition to this, the company always seek and use the best techniques to improve the services offered to clients and always take care that each of them feels completely satisfied with the services received. Dutton construction has called me to carry out work on a property that was broken in which has caused damaged door and frame. Proved a estimate for the work and it was accepted within a few days. Work was carried out by fitting new lining and new fire door. Payment was made after invoice was raised. Maisie was very polite and helpful which made the whole process easier.

So this happened in my three year olds bedroom this morning! Frightening! Within two hours of making a call on a Sunday morning I had an electrician at my house which is amazing! They replaced the socket and check for any faults. They understood that having children in the house I was especially worried and got to me regardless to ensure all of our safety! Oh my word...how brilliant are this company! After trying to get someone to fix my velux window (blown wide open by the storm and unable to shut again)...no one would touch it. Rain has poured in for the last 12 hours. Finally Dutton construction contacted...Lizzie and Joe talked me through what I needed to do and the window is shut! The nicest, most helpful people I've talked to today!! Thank you!! My son can sleep in his bedroom again (after the carpet has dried out!)

All new Guttering fitted and found extra leak (water tank) which was also repaired on the same day. Also fixed the toilet seal. Joe and Steve did a fab job to make sure everything was done and done within a few hours also. Didn’t leave till it was all done. Both very friendly and polite. Very happy with the works done. The workers were friendly and professional, and clearly knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because despite repeated promises of when they'd be out, the works were delayed several times and the issue caused us problems for over a week before it was fixed.
