King Lane LS17 (Mr & I'm rarely one to write reviews, however I feel compelled to do so here because I honestly can't remember being happier about how a company treated us. We had various problems with cracked and crumbling render, causing damp and making the exterior look tired and unsightly. We enquired about re rendering and received various quotes, we researched each company's reviews online, dismissing them if they contained more than minor negative comments. I was left with just one, JAG. I couldn't find one negative remark from anyone. Being naturally skeptical, I dug deeper to be sure the reviews were legitimate, and they were. I asked them to quote and was impressed with how thorough they were, and the products they use for the finish is a very sophisticated coating, not just a paint. They also guarantee their work for 15 years against discolouring or cracking. They came and were everything you could hope for, efficient, polite, and very tidy. The house looks great! My message is, in short; relax you'll be in very good hands. Tony and Jackie Gowland.

Re-rendered the whole house, quote process was thorough and all my requests were taken into account. Quote came through very quickly and was very reasonable. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, even when I text at 11pm at night. The lads who carried out the work were grafters, they had the place cleaned, repaired and base coat on for just after lunch on the first day, second day they were here from 8:30am till 5:45pm predominantly because I requested extra work but also because they did more work than expected to make the end product look fantastic. When I arrived home from work I didn't recognise the place, the house looked like new. Payment was by bank transfer, so no running to the bank and was in 3 staged payments, so if there wasn't something you were not happy with you still had money in the bank.. I have nothing but praise for all involved with JAG and would highly recommend them to any one.

Right from the moment that Andy gave us the quote to when Jamie and Matty finished the last stroke of black paint, did we experience anything other than professionalism and friendliness. They were clean in their work and considerate in ensuring we knew what was going on from one step to the next. The attention to detail throughout was incredibly reassuring, even to covering our small fence in the front garden to ensure it did not get any over-spray. Really happy with the work carried out by JAG. From initial visit to the property, I found that everything was fully explained and was kept informed through to the final coating. Over the two days the team were out undertaking the work, they were polite and tidy even under difficult working conditions.
