Contacted Leeds & District Roofing about getting a roof report done on a house we were purchasing. Ben was able to fit this in at short notice and the roof report and accompanying quote were thorough and came with lots of photos to show the state of the roof. Ben and his team did a great job of re-roofing my house. Ben came around to do an initial inspection before providing a quote, and he talked me through all the options and what the work would involve. He then provided a detailed quotation which included information about the materials that would be used. The work was carried out very quickly, within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, and it was done to a good standard. There was one issue with the installation of a velux window, but the team came back out the following day and sorted it without any problems. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would recommend this contractor to others.

Really excellent service from Ben and team. Good advice about the best course of action - no pressure to agree to the most expensive option. In the end we had a full flat roof replacement - turned up to do the job when they said they would. Quote included VAT and job was done within the amount quoted. Tidy job and all rubbish removed. Ben, Luke and the team work incredibly hard. They arrive at 7.20am and work hard all day long until 5pm or after, including through hail storms. They are obviously all passionate about doing a good job. They completely re-roofed our large house using tlx gold insulation. The house is now warmer. It looks very smart, all cut tiles perfectly straight and they checked we were happy with everything along the way. They did a great job in just 7 days. Ben is very responsive replying to messages and calls straight away, which makes a big difference in getting a job done.

I contacted these guys over the Christmas break, our extension roof had a serious leak. We had used other local companies in the past to try fix the roof, but the problem kept coming back and worse each time. Ben came out, identified the issue (poor roof instalation by the builders 5 years ago) and booked us in for early January to fully romove and fit a new fibre glass roof. The team showed up, in force, 3 vans and 8+ lads managed to do the whole extension roof (wrap around, so not a small job) in 1 day. Time will tell, but with the 20 year guarantee, I'm confident they have solved our roof problem once and for all. Also, considering the crazy way prices are going at the moment, I was happy with the price. It wasnt cheap, but by no means do I feel ripped off, especially considering how quick they came and sorted it out. I would highly reccomend

Ben and the team at L&DRS replaced our (sizeable) garage roof, along with all the guttering, and did a great job. It only became apparent when they removed the old roof that the end of the timbers (buried in the wall) were completely rotten at the end and needed replacing. The support beam, holding the roof to the wall of the house, had also slipped down and needed putting back in place. The team dealt with these issues with no fuss and still finished the the job on time. Bens team are a great bunch of lads, really pleasant, friendly and chatty, which really puts you at ease (one questionable football team allegiance but I got over that). We're very pleased with the new roof and highly recommend L&DRS

Ben came out at the weekend when we had the heavy rain because we had a leak in our bathroom extension. At the time Ben said all he could do was tarp it over till he can get someone out on Monday to fix it. The tarp stopped any further water getting in and Ben had paul here on Monday morning who replaced the felt on the flat roof. The job looks good as paul took loads of pictures which was helpful as I could see the work that had been done. Thanks Ben and Paul for helping me out so fast. 👍

Ben and Simon and the lads were always professional and did what they said they would. We had a significant problem with a roof leak which wasn't easy to identify and fix. They came up with different solutions to try and luckily the first one worked. I still had some worries that there was still a problem but through extensive chats on the phone and a series of tests and suggestions we decided that what I could hear wasn't a leak but the water draining into the gutter. Ben could easily have just said OK to doing extra work but instead took the time to try and ensure there was a problem first. We live in a town house so any roof repair is a significant process. You have to trust people you've never met to tell you what the problem and solution is and it can be very stressful. In my experience Ben, Simon and the team are honest trustworthy people who truly try and do the best job they can for their customers.

After 2 roofers let me down I came across Leeds and District Roofing. The reviews were great, I called Ben who came over , I actually didn't hear the door when he called so rung to see if he was still coming which he said he had been, but he turned straight round and came back in rush hour traffic. He did a thorough inspection and actually shows you what's wrong instead of just his word. Due to severe weather we have been having Ben managed to push forward my new roof. Lads who came were fantastic, never stopped all day .The roof is now complete and looks amazing. The drive and conservatory roof were spotless all the rubbish taken away. If you are planning on any roof work I wouldn't bother calling anyone else, call these guys and you won't regret it first class from start to finish.
