We contracted PJ Builders for the remodelling of the downstairs of our property to allow for a kitchen extension. Wayne, Phil and all the contractors were polite, punctual and did not stop to get the job done quickly and to a high standard. Wayne was always available to discuss any option choices and the whole team ensure we were left happy each day. There was a conscious effort to ensure our house was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day, these guys are highly recommended!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! We used Wayne and his team for a full width dormer loft conversion and couldn’t be happier! The initial visit, quote and pricing was dealt with quickly and professionally. After being let down and messed around by so many other companies, we felt confident when we met these guys. Their team of workers are great, turn up on time, have respect for their customers and take pride in their work, always trying to clean up at the end of the day as best they can. I’ll say again, we couldn’t be happier with the results, the architects plans weren’t correct in various areas and adjustments had to be made, Wayne and Paul stepped in and altered things where they could with different options to choose from and we have now got the space we needed thanks to them! It looks fantastic!

Not a bad word to say about Wayne, Duane and the rest of the PJ Building Services Team. We were needing a chimney stack completely removing and internal walls taking out and removing. They were extremely reasonable with the price and did an amazing job. They managed to complete the work under the time initially estimated and left the house in a very good state after they left. Great communication throughout the process and will be the first number I call in the future. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

PJ Building services completed a beautiful 2-story extension for us, including opening up the extension into the existing kitchen, knocking through into the existing dining room, and adding a bedroom above the existing garage. I had no experience of undertaking a job like this - Paul was extremely helpful from the very start providing advice and guidance on the process & options. He came out a number of times to talk to us before the job started and was happy to provide quotes/requote following any changes. During the build, Wayne, his team & all contractors used were excellent. They were punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Wayne kept us informed throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions. Where unforeseen changes were needed, the team responded well to ensure that issues were resolved with minimal impact to cost. Where changes were requested/needed, costs were discussed & transparent, so I was always aware of the impact on budget. Would recommend!

We employed PJBS to carry out a Loft conversion, rear extension, garage conversion and front porch. We were very impressed with Paul and his team who worked well with us completing these major works on our property whilst we were still living there. From the day Paul first visited to quote to the final day of completion Paul was very good at meeting with us to go through our requirements, working to drawings and any changes we had during the project. We found Paul's prices to be the most competitive out there which didn't mean any corners were cut or lapse in workmanship. Everyone seemed to take pride in whatever task they had to ensure we were happy as a customer. Paul dealt with every aspect of work organising builders, electrical work, plumbing, windows etc which made things much simpler to deal with one point of contact. We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to carry out any major work on their property

We were more than happy with Wayne and his team. Wayne managed the project and despite some minor set backs ( Covid 19 related) he overcame these obstacles and delivered expeditiously. The time frame given was 4 to 5 weeks and they wasn't far off that time.Wayne can't take all the credit though, as his lads got stuck in and did a great job. Can tell when grafters turn up as they need refuelling throughout the day ha ha. I am happy for PJs to use photographs as we are proud of the finished project. Must be awful to go to cowboys, but this firm were the opposite. Overall Honest, transparent and delivered to a very good standard.. Would recommend for all building works.

We have been really impressed with the high quality work of PJ Building Services. We had our conservatory removed and a single storey extension built. The whole team were fabulous. We had a kitchen extension which required removing an internal wall and fitting a beam,building a new wall and re plastering etc.They carried out the work to the agreed timescale and to a very high standard.The workforce were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.They kept the disruption to a minimum and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend PJ Building Services. I found Paul and his team extremely professional, honest and reliable. They were on time every day (and patient when I wasn’t). The work was done in a timely manner with no hidden costs (it would have stuck to the quote had I not added in extras part way through the build). My new extension has been finished to an excellent quality. The cost was good value for the work done and awkward site access. Paul and co took the time to explain things to me (I’m not very DIY/handy). They cleaned up well with all rubbish/rubble removed. I will definitely use them again for any future work and would happily recommend them to others.
