Lee was very professional throughout he responded quickly to our request for a quote giving us options and recommendations for the work needed and arranged the work to be carried out within 4 weeks. They arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, communication was excellent throughout and they left everything clear and tidy
It's always a bit of a worry finding trades people online however our experience of this company has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
L. S.First of all, I've never met such a genuine, nice and honest tradesperson like Lee and his team. They came to inspect my roof very quickly and were very professional. They assessed the damage and explain all of the details with different options to solve the problem. Their prices are very reasonable and cheaper than local competitors with a proper breakdown of the costs. I had my roof secured from further damage on the day and I can't praise them enough for their kindness and professional approach. I fully recommend their services and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!
M.The roof area of our 16 year old roof dormer had become both damaged and worn out. We got a total of four quotes for which The Family Roofing Company gave the all round best quote. We first contacted them from a recommendation through their website for which I received a prompt phone call.
From the offset Lee was very professional giving good advice on the course of action/repair after inspecting the roof area. He was very clear with what materials we should use as option (we went for the rubber fleece lined type), and never at any point did we feel rushed and all our questions were answered thoroughly. Ultimately we agreed to have the work done by them.
Communication was clear at every step - when the scaffolding will arrive, when they would start the work, and so on. Two days of work was required due to the weather on the first day being showery.
On time, clean & tidy and a 20 year guarantee for the dormer roof replacement. Photos of before and after were taken to highlight what work had been done. We fully recommend them and we won't hesitate to use them again in the future :-)
M. I.Lee came to repair and make good a shed roof we had done by another roofer who did a poor job. Lee not only repaired the roof but made it more secure and 100% water tight. I would recommend Lee and his company to any one who needs a roofing job to the best standard.
