I have to say that Yorkshire Resin Company did an excellent job and we are most impressed with the finished article. The original drive had three different types of tarmac, very deep and not level. All was dug up with care to ensure no damage done to the new walls we had recently had built, all waste removed, layers of hardcore and tarmac laid, levelled and compacted to our specification and then the resin applied. All the staff are very hardworking and kept us informed throughout the process, even when work had to be rescheduled due to weather (too hot to lay!). The finish is simply stunning and adds real value and beauty to the property. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Both myself and my next door neighbour chose Yorkshire Resin to upgrade our driveways with a new Resin surface. There were two very large drives but the price was certainly value for money. They have an excellent process once the order is placed to keep you updated as to progress around installation times etc. The teams that came, first to prepare our old driveway and then to power wash the groundwork, were excellent. Courteous and tidy, as well as doing a good job. We had a little confusion over the actual install dates which was largely down to them becoming somewhat hamstrung by the inclement weather which meant that some of the days they were supposed to be with us turned out to be too rainy. But the jobs were done in a timely manner and the actual install team members were also as good as their predecessors had been. Very pleased with the work.

The service was excellent throughout. I actually got a quote from this company first, but then decided to go for a cheaper company, only to find that the salesman at the cheaper company had lied to me! He told me that a concrete base was just as good as open texture tarmac for drainage, but then his boss later said that wasn't true, they just weren't able to do tarmac. So I went back to this company, who did charge a bit more but did an excellent job. They dug it out to the full excavation depth, used good quality Type 3 sub base, managed various unforeseen problems with the levels and the drainage and the end result was much better than I expected. I thought it would be sloped and uneven in parts because it needed to tie in to the pavement, next door's drive etc but it was excellent. They cheerfully answered all my many questions throughout and everyone I dealt with was professional. They are a high quality company who do a great job, and I'm glad we chose them.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering a resin driveway or patio. View the video on their website and that is exactly what will happen. The professionalism of the workforce from owners to the chap with a sweeping brush is outstanding. Communication is perfect throughout the process as is the workmanship. No doubt you can get a cheaper quotation but believe me when I say that the process and final results will be inferior (I’ve reached this conclusion because of friends and neighbours being very disappointed with their end results for the same work). We have had a driveway and patio/garden path with a resin finish and throughout the process we were given helpful advice and suggestions beforehand and the men constantly checked during the installation that it was to our expectations. A fantastic product, terrific company and amazing workforce. Superb from beginning to end.

Excellent service throughout, and new drive looks fantastic! Kept me up to date with timetable of events, and turned up exactly when they said they would. The dig-out / foundation team in particular were great at bringing potential issues to my attention and coming up with very sensible suggestions for how to address them, meaning that everything was dealt with and resolved then and there. They have a great choice of colours / finishes, and edging blocks to match, so getting a combo that worked well for my property was straight forward. The end result is what feels and looks like a very well built driveway, and a vast improvement over the tired old gravel drive it replaced! Big thanks to all involved.

We have been very impressed with this company, from quote to finished drive and paths around the house. We had a few quotes and Craig offered a competitive price without being a pushy salesman. The two different teams that have done the two day preparation and one day laying of the resin were friendly, kept us informed about what was happening throughout the process and did a great job. Someone, not this company, was calling door to door re resin drives and having got a quote I then researched other companies, Yorkshire Resin Company was one of them. From our first contact this company was more professional than any other and we were offered good advice re seeking other quotes and checking with reviews before committing to their company. Unlike other companies the quote was itemised and we were kept in the loop re proposed start dates etc as soon as we agreed to purchase. At every stage we received phone calls from the office to check all was well and if we had any concerns. We could not fault the work ethic of all the teams involved and the way the surrounding area was cleaned and tidied after each step. As an older couple we were grateful to be treated with politeness and respect though some of our questions may have seemed to have obvious answers!! From the first site visit, The Yorkshire Resin Company have impressed with their professionalism. Our request was simple inasmuch as we wanted to replace an existing tarmac/concrete drive and grass strip, with a resin drive, but the layout was multi tiered with gradients. We invited a number of companies to quote, and whilst TYRC were not the cheapest, they produced, unquestionably the most professional quote. And they delivered! From the several site visits to clarify requirements, to the 'dig' team, and then the 'resin' team, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and now we have a most wonderful drive. I did a lot of research into resin driveways and the companies which do this type of work. This company was not the cheapest ( but nearly so) however it was by far the best represented,the best organised,and having chosen it to do our drive ,turned out, not surprisingly, to be particularly competent and skilled at what they do. We had a complete new drive including edgings to new lines and levels . The new base of hard-core and open textured tarmac was compacted perfectly including final rolling with a ride-on vibratory roller . Then the resin layer was hand laid to a superb finish. The drive looks amazing ( next door had theirs done at the same time on the strength of our recommendation). Hayden and Craig , the groundworks team of Malcolm Jay n Jordan and the resin team of Paul Nathan Danny n Brad, we can't thank you enough. Brilliant job. Well done.

We did a lot of research regarding what we were going to replace our old, wonky and unsightly paving bricks with and decided upon a resin surface due to the options regarding colours available and practicality of use. We found out that planning permissions can be an issue when extending existing surfaces beyond 5 metres with non-porous surfaces. This is not a problem with resin because it truly is porous, water just runs straight through it. The next stage was to decide upon the contractor, and again we did our research. The decision was made to employ Yorkshire Resin Company based at Morley, to do the work that consisted of over 100 square metres of drive, paths and patio. We also had fencing and driveways gates installed by Yorkshire Resin Company. From visiting the show room through to completion of the project the service was 5 stars. Andy, who is one of the directors, came to the house and provided us with good advice and options. He was not pushy and throughout the project the communication was easy. When work began the work teams were very industrious, getting an amazing amount of work done in a short period of time, but without compromising on quality. The work teams are also professional and polite. The company’s directors, Andy and Hayden, are on hand and contacted us to make sure things got done properly and that we were happy with what’s happening. If there is a problem, they sort it out straight away. We had some fence panels that were not quite fitting right between the concrete posts, but the panels were taken away and sawn to size and fitted within a couple of hours. My advice is please do not get confused with any companies of similar name. Yorkshire Resin Company may not be the cheapest, but they do represent good value for money. If the work is done well in terms of preparation of surfaces, quality of material used plus mixing and application of the resin then your drive will look great and last along time. We have had some very positive comments from people. As I said we did our research and came upon working practices that did not sit well with us, i.e. applying resin on exist paving wonky bricks, but charging half what it might cost to do the job properly. Please do not be fooled, you will get what you pay for in time game. In conclusion, we would have no hesitation in recommending Yorkshire Resin Company based at Howley Park, Morley.
